Its only 5 rounds, but I think Ward could alredy have been a point deducted.

Ward is now in control!

And it seems he can get away with his dirty tactics!

there's been no official point deduction so far. just warnings...

this ref needs to back up and let a fight happen.

ward doing better and opening up more in 4,5,6. first 3 rounds could of gone either way.

"the bunker"
the lefty stance is working...but i think that it makes an abraham right hand easier to get home.....

i would go back to an orthodox stance...

The sad thing is that Abraham really would have had a shot if he had let his hands go more..

I believe he hurt Ward a bit in this last round...

The ref let Ward go away with his usual bullshit, but Abraham cant blame it on him...

@franks: I wonder what his connect percentage was in this fight. I actually believe he landed at a higher percantage and he did have some success, but IMO its more a mental problem! He really looked listless in some rounds!

BTW, great week!!! :toast:

Very nice comeback week! I liked the over on Arce/Ruiz A LOT and after reading Graham's endorsement, I pounded it. Had a bad week last week but more than made up for it. Congrats Gents :toast:

i never considered ward a backing up kind of fighter.........certainly didn`t back up and pitty pat vs kessler....and the bika fight was rough as hell....

he should use his height advantage here, though,,,,

guess we`ll see tonight...

Agree 100% GW. Like him or hate him Ward is a fighter. He fought Bika and Kess straight up and dominated. He started off a bit defensive minded tonight but AA hits like a jackhammer. Ward was simply fighting smart. Ward/Froch (assuming Froch gets by Johnson) is going to be an excellent matchup. Froch was much more dominant than Ward and came closer to a stoppage.
