BTW, can anyone confirm whether this is a 10 rounder or a 12 rounder!?

Is the draw bet cancelled if the number of rounds changes!?

You know what Z, that's a good question.

I would assume if a draw hits, it cashes regardless.

I know that when rounds are listed incorrectly, the OVER UNDER prop is normally still in play, but the decision and KO props gets cancelled.

Never thought about the draw - but I would have to say it's in play as well.

Thompson vs. Harris

Thompson vs. Harris

Strange matchup - both guys have made me money as dogs in the past.

Both have also been on the bad end of some highlight reel KOs.

Thompson with the famous "curl and go to sleep" after Wlad lit him up (literally using his glove as a pillow).

and Mo Harris was involved in one of the most famous KOs of the 1990s, the Derrick Jefferson left hook from hell that sent Harris' mouth piece flying like a bullet.

Ghost, you might as well put up next week's schedule because there is absolutely nothing happening this week.

This is a good call.

I will start getting the schedule ready now.

I'm going to label the thread up to June 7th (A Tuesday). That will include the next Prizefighter U.K. - Welterweights II from York Hall, London.

Hi Gents,

I like the DRAW and the dogs (H & B) by Dec/TD for this weekend. At those "huge" + odds it is worth to risk some small amounts =)

Cheers

As this is an IBF eliminator it would have to be a 12 rounder. The Goossen--Tutor bout sheet lists it as 12 rounds.

A little late in posting, but I like Thompson ITD tonight. Just a med. rare wager.

Thompson looked bigger in the upper body in the weigh in shots. I think upper body strength has been a weakness for him, so if he gets stronger - could be good for him.

Thompson is just 40 years old after all...

Zerwas, I think you were right to go with Harris at +600. At the end of the day, I think Thompson wins, but the odds were a bit high. I would say something like 5 to 1. Harris seems to have taken his comeback seriously, but I don't like him coming in 16lbs heavier than last fight.

Harris ko'd 10 times. Thompson deceptively wears people down. Harris did beat Thompson in the $100,000 heavy tourney some years back. Just a three round fight, and if it were 4 Harris would've been ko'd. He was exhausted.

Thompson gets to him eventually.

Yup, I thought the same thing when I saw that line... It was inflated, and inviting a Harris dog play. On paper, Harris looked a closer spread to me. When I saw that he came in 16lbs over, I knew it was over...

Paper win for Thompson, as Harris came in strangely unprepared. I thought Thompson looked sloppy as hell too.

Chris Arreola KO7 Kendrick Releford

This was a highly entertaining heavyweight fight. Arreola won every round. Releford was outgunned, but fought very hard.

I thought Arreola looked great! A+. He looked in excellent shape, dare I say svelte...muscular even. He was shorter and crisp with his shots, he didn't look nearly as clumsy, some good upper body movement even. He was really letting his hands go. Sustained energy and bad intentions. The dude is making a serious run at it, and it's good to see. Dangerous fight for anyone who takes him on right now.

Releford earned his money too. He had many opportunities to call it, and no one would've blamed him. He made Arreola find his second wind and fight hard.
