Havent decided whether or not to buy it back. Graham hasnt reviewed it and Im wondering his take on it. Calderon odds widened a bit since I placed the wager. My concern is that Cald has such little pop that Mayol may not have to be overly concerned but I think I recall Calderon hurting Caz in the 1st go.
I ran out of time this weekend so I didn't take a look at Calderon-Mayol, but I expect Calderon to outbox the Filipino for 12 rounds. Calderon is like a winning machine and I don't see any signs of decline. ... Like most here I was surprised that Guerrero-Hinojosa went as long as it did. Hinojosa came to give a good effort and he was throwing enough right hands, with enough "on" them, to keep Guerrero from steaming right into him. Maybe it was me, but Hinojosa looked the bigger guy, ands he seemed able to absorb Guerrero's left hands easily enough -- but Guerrero wasn't really stepping in with the punches, as others here have noted. Now Guerrero is saying he was glad to have got in the rounds. That's the problem with laying a big price on under props -- sometimes the guy we think will blow out his opponent is instead quite content just to keep winning rounds without getting hit too much.
