5dimes manned up and hung lines before the initial line moves at sportsbetting, check out this chickensh*t opener...

Mares -1020 :142smilie
Guardia +540 :142smilie

And they only allow $100 max bets :mj07:

Thats why a sportsbetting account is a must if you're betting boxing

Got quite a bit of dough on Soto -500, -570, -700. I'd be more than shocked to see him lose to the much older vet. Good chance soto gets him out there b4 10 1/2 but i didn't wager it. More to come.

fightwriter picks Ajetovic to upset Geale.
Geale has a good record, but he's only been fighting in Australia...his record certainly looks inflated.

Geale has almost been knocked out by Nonoy Gonzales and has been down on another occasion.

I watched a clip of him and the best attribute that I can give him is that he's busy.

Ajetovic also looks like the bigger guy, as Geale has been fighting as a juniormiddleweight until last year.

Ajetovic has fought the better opposition and he has a nice win against Robert Roselia in France.
Judging by his record he doesnt look like a big puncher-though Graham says he is- but neither is Gonzalez and the other dude that knocked Geale down...

Ajetovic is available @+341 at some books...if he doesnt win, Geala will probably win on points...over 9.5 rounds might be worth a shot too at -140!?

I would like to hear some opinions! :)

Any Aussies here!?

ya` know....lorenzo is a game, tough hombre who`s never been stopped...and he has always been a dangerous go against as a dog...

but,i`ve noticed some slippage...the guy used to be able to sustain an incredible pace...recently,not so much....he seems to tire a bit later in fights ...

he`s 36(going on 37)...and basically every one of his fights is a battle of attrition..

and he doesn`t have any power to speak of...

i`m tempted by that under 10.5 at +150.....my only issue is soto doesn`t usually set a very fast pace...

i`d like to play the under at +150,but,lorenzo`s still awkward and durable...

I played Lorenzo in his rematch with Cruz, he was a 4-1 favorite but I layed the wood b/c he had just beat Cruz by lopsided decision one year earlier. Needless to say i had to sweat it out as Lorenzo was dropped and hurt early by the feather fisted Cruz, had to suck it up and win the last few rounds to pull off a very close decision.

I brought this up as it confirms gw's observation of Lorenzo's slippage over the last few years

you think the +150`s worth a shot?.....

it`s very tempting...at some point, all those distance wars have to have to take their toll on an almost 37 year old guy that lives and dies on his work rate...

the price is certainly safe...

Its worth a small play imo

I would play it but I already have too much on Soto, no need to get greedy, as long as he wins I'll be more than happy, don't want to risk any of the potential profits

Added Joyi -170. I know nothing about these guys other than what boxrec has on them but Joyi has blown out most of his opp and Guiterrez has struggled against VERY mediocre opp. The fight is in Joyis backyrd. Boxrec can deceive at times. I must be missing something for the odds to be that close.

All parlay's for me this week but I am confidant-

Diaz/Pac Man

Diaz/Pac Man/Mares/Soto

Mares/Soto/Pickering

All for good amounts.

I will bet on Barret to beat Tye if the odds are good enough.

Good luck all.

Added a couple of medium dog bets-

Ajetoviv to beat Geale. As Zerwas pointed out, Geale has been decked on numerous occasions.

Santiago to beat Luevano. They have both lost one fight to people they had no business losing to so you never know. I could not resist +410.

Good luck.

I added ajet as well. Not a bundle but but 3 bucks to win 9hund. It's a good value play.

2004 Mexican Olympian and current bantamweight contender Abner Mares (16-0, 10 KOs) will now face Mexico?s Jonathan Arias (15-1, 8 KOs) in a ten rounder on Friday night at the Morongo Casino Resort & Spa in Cabazon, California. Mares' original opponent Kermin Guardia was forced to withdraw from the fight after failing a medical exam.

Really shitty week so far. Marsh just beat Pickering on points.

Geale beat Ajetoviv on points in a fight that Ajet could have won if he had opened up, according to the RBR's.

Good luck all.

Guardia failing the medical exam turned my Soto parlay into a straight bet at -550, but I'm not sweating it, letting it ride

Guardia failing the medical exam gave me a straight bet on Pacman as well. However, since I already have a few parlays riding on Pacman at much better odds, I bought myself out of that play

For those of you who haven't got down yet and are looking for a solid play for tomarrow night...I recommend a parlay with Pacman and Soto...Large

You must have found it at the same time as me Bro lol.

Romi, you will be happy to hear Joyi won but it was not easy.

His opponent was getting the better of him and decked him with a body shot in round 5 that apparently sucked the life out of him but Gutierrez did something that pissed off the ref and while being warned for a foul (for standing over Joyi??), Joyi had time to recover.

Joyi then made a rally as Gutierrez started missing a lot of shots.

I am happy and can go to bed now. Well done :00hour

if they`re showing pac/luevano/soto and fields-barrett,i might plop down the cabbage...

the luevano/santiago fight has possibilities...

you know, the f-cking coverage of this card really sucks....everything...i mean everything is about pacquaio....

it`s actually difficult to pull up a definitive listing of the fights being shown on the ppv....

i`m so sick of this stupidity by the boxing honchos that basically kicks real boxing fans and followers in the nuts by always only hyping the main event...or the "name" fighter....

no wonder boxing never seems to progress...

even the mma powers that be always give a comprehensive breakdown of their entire card....i understand that with 3 and 5 round fights, that`s a necessity...

still, the boxing marketers blow....no wonder you usually only get big ppv returns on the dlh`s....that they still try and foist used up hucksters like roy jones on the public...

don king used to put together nice cards top to bottom and market them as such....and he did well....

boxing is so badly run,it`s amazing it`s still viable..
