Despite my obvious frustration, I have no problem with Jack. I've heard nothing but good things about him. I know for a fact he reached out to 1V, but I have no record of Griff calling me back. Instead, the partner Zack did, so apparently he received the message. And what you call a "Settlement" was actually a 5k or nothing offer by him. Zack did not want my business, so I could not carry over any of my old balance to the new platform. His 5k offer was non-negotiable. Hardly a settlement.

I don't feel bad for you specifically. I feel bad for the situation in general and someone losing out on 7k. But how in the hell could you be so stubborn to not listen to Jack, but then turn around and be a damn push over and give into a deal?

Like someone else mentioned...this shit doesn't add up and you're leaving out something.
