Seems to me like most people here are bashing 1vice without actually having a balance there. I have criticized them as hard as anyone after they stopped processing payouts however now griffin is trying to improve player relations and is making payments. If you have a balance there contact griffin directly. Unless you have a large balance the 10x rollover is not much considering they have limits at 250 for major sports. I was able to complete my rollover on 4 days and made a decent profit as well. And as I said above 1vice is now paying quicker then they were before the takeover. 24 hours for4 digits American players is impossible go find these days. If you don't have a balance there stop making assumptions.

Your clearly not telling the full story here. If you had a case as you state why wouldn't you just clear up the situation with griffin, why do you feel the need to repeat yourself over and over o forums without going to the source.

I was in constant email contact with Griff for the past two months. He lied repeatedly, so what makes you think his word on the phone would be any different than his repeated written lies in emails? And for the 5th time (at least), Griff's partner contacted me, not the other way around. Griff never reached out to me as he has stated here repeatedly--he lied again (big surprise!).
Finally, I don't blame Jack for 1V's theft. I was just correcting him on rehashing the 1V company line which is complete BS. His sponsor stole 7k from me, and I was wondering where he stood on it. Now I know. As long as 1V ad checks keep coming in, Jack will agree with whatever Griff tells him.
If you hadn't settle and just called you would have received more sympathy for your situation. Betroyal owed me $12000 about 10 years ago and Jack took care of me. He set it up for me to talk to the right people. Before I involved Jack I had been getting the runaround from them. I ended up being paid in days and since then have seen Jack take care of many people that would have had no other outlet. People should be ashamed of themselves for giving Jack a hard time because I don't believe there is anybody on the internet that would work harder for you.
You ask for his help then make insinuations about Jack's relationships with the books. You'll get real far with that approach. 🤔
Despite my obvious frustration, I have no problem with Jack. I've heard nothing but good things about him. I know for a fact he reached out to 1V, but I have no record of Griff calling me back. Instead, the partner Zack did, so apparently he received the message. And what you call a "Settlement" was actually a 5k or nothing offer by him. Zack did not want my business, so I could not carry over any of my old balance to the new platform. His 5k offer was non-negotiable. Hardly a settlement.

My opinion is biased as I am working through a rollover, but Griffin has paid me EVERY time...on time and when I ask him to do it again in 2-3 weeks, I'm sure he'll do it again. I am certain that Griff is good people given jack and others that stand by him. What I can't wrap my mind around is why anyone would have to call anyone or make any type of special arrangements other than requesting a payout of their money. If the request for payment needed a payment plan or more time then simply state that in an email and follow through with the specifics in that email. I have no side and do think that this is a stand-up book/guy for trying to make all of this right, just an opinion from an outsider fwliw.
