they are clearly back on track and are processing payouts quicker than before the move to RDG. I received a 4 digit payout within 24 hours of request and the fee was waived. Griffin clearly trying to get his books reputation back up and making amends with players. Most of the guys posting in this thread are outsiders who do not have funds at 1vice and are making comments based on speculation.
Agree that's total bullshit. Send me your account ID and I'll try to get that fixed.

How do you know who books at 1vice and who doesn't? Or is that also speculation? Just wondering. Trying to figure out the who's who of it

If you signup with a sportsbook from one of my sponsors and you want my help if there is ever a dispute, send me your account ID and you are protected. If you signup from another website, giving credit to that website for the referral, I can't help. Well, I could help but why should I?
For now on I am only helping madjacksports members if they have a problem and they used madjacks as the referral website.
I have great relationships with my sponsors and I can help, other sites may not have the relationship that I have. I've been in this business since 1998.
Again: I will need to have your account ID when making deposits with my sponsors.

New policy brought about by the 1-Vice implosion obviously. So unless MJ's is given a referral when signing up with a sponsor Book, MJ assumes no responsibility in resolving the issue? Am I reading this right?

..if people use this site daily and then don't use it as a referral which benefits jack and the site, why would he spend time trying to help you down the road? I'm sure the person you chose as a referral would be happy to defend you.

I was just looking for clarification. I actually signed up with 1-Vice years ago with no referral. Later on, after making larger deposits, I qualified for contests at this site, which I never knew existed previously. In actuality, 1V directed me to this site, so I was wondering where this leaves people like me in respect to expected help.
Maybe it's good for everybody's business, now and in the future. This site can handle this any way it wants. And the book can act any way they want.
Maybe somebody signed up at a book sponsored here some time ago somewhere else? Now they are a member here. Maybe they think that site has a good relationship with the book. Maybe future funding would go through links of this site.
It's all about service. You don't get a direct return all the time in any service business. But it doesn't go unnoticed. And often, is rewarded later.

The way the forums were talking I thought this was some huge problem and thought I would be busy as hell on the phone with players and 1vice and emails and, and, and.
It was basically nothing. Being busy for me, that is.
BUT. I DID step up for you when you emailed me and I talked to Griffin BEFORE you emailed me about you. It was all set for you to get paid in FULL, all you had to do was call Griffin right then, right now, that night. I told you that in email and I posted that on the forum in response to one of your posts.
You refused to talk to Griffin.
Believe it or not. You were set.
I haven't had one complaint in over a week about getting paid. This thing is over.

Griff has you drinking the 1V kool-aid too. You are seriously misled my friend. I have no record of Griff contacting me. If he called he certainly didn't leave me a voicemail. The new partner, Zack definitely did contact me and I dealt with him. There was no going behind Griff's back-- that's pure BS that he wants to believe to justify $7000 theft on my account. Apparently you want to believe it too. I was left to deal with the partner that was offering 40 cents on the dollar, and not accepting ant counter offers. These are FACTS!
$5000 of that $7000 theft was my college tourney win here on your forum. The other $2000 was for a 2nd place finish in an NFL contest at another forum. Basically your sponsor ran a contest at your forum and stiffed the grand prize winner. Are you ok with the 5k theft committed right here at your forum?

Yes, I was relieved to get anything after I got an email from Griff saying that my "account would not be assumed" which is code for I am stealing all your money. Here's the real question: "WHY SHOULD I HAVE TO DEAL FOR ANYTHING LESS THAN MY FULL BALANCE". Pay people what they are owed...what a concept.:facepalm:
Going forward, make sure you collect your advertising fees from 1V upfront, or you too may be FORCED to deal for something less than you're owed. And God forbid you ever let 1V run a contest here again. If so, make sure you collect the prize money up front from these stiffs. The best solution would be to drop 1V as a sponsor, but we both know that won't happen.
Of course, you want to close the thread. It looks bad for 1V and MJ, so make it go away and hope everyone forgets.

Jack TRIED to help you and you fully paid but you go around that help and make your own shitty deal ... I agree it does suck but YOU made the deal and should have no beef with Jack as he helped you!!!
