My issue is you threatening that jack won't come away squeaky clean.....fuck man that takes some huge brass insinuating he either is involved or knows more then he says about the site and it's administration. ...

And on his site? You say he is somehiw dirty in all this...cause if you ain't "squeaky clean" you are at least partially dirty...huge brass man and irresponsible if you ask me

Up to now I agreed with most of you griefs and still do, but don't try and attach Jacks name to the debacle that is now 1VICE.

After I read the "threat" and then I read Jack's response apologizing.....it just shows me what kind of guy Jack is (which I already knew). People always forget that this is Jack's business and life. For the most part, most of us do this as recreation. None of us knows a fraction of the BS Jack has to deal with on a daily basis. Ever try pleasing all the kids at a preschool? I'm sure it's something like that daily for him.

It wasn't a threat. It was a speculation. Just as Jack speculated on my personal situation. I am not mad at Jack, but I did want to point out how I have been treated here since I started this thread. He has since apologized and now we move on.

I feel your pain and then some. I won that contest for 5k and completed my 6x rollover. I requested a max payout of 3k on January 12th, only to have it canceled by Griff just before the Super Bowl. He said the payouts would resume after the SB when the RDG (aka America's Bookie) transition was complete. So I waited like everyone else and then I get an email last night from Griff stating that "your account is not being assumed". It sounds like flowery speech that 1-Vice, and new partner America's Bookie, won't be honoring my 12k balance. Hope I'm wrong, but this looks really, really bad.

Look at the business side of it.

Griff lead 1vice basically ran out of money. Less was coming in than needing to get paid out. Hence the slow payouts. You can't pay out what you don't get it.

So the book was purchased by this other group. Why would a book buy-in? Basically they are buying a roster of names- players, potential clients. It doesn't make them much sense to buy accounts needing big credits- so they are forcing this ridiculous rollover on them or they will just refuse to payout "until a future date". Ie, until they have the funds to do so.

It's hard enough to get paid with online books. I wouldn't worry if you have $ there because I really do think Jack has big pull and works his ass off to get most of the miserable goons here paid. But if you are thinking about opening a new account or reupping with them, you're crazy. Pick another sponsor book here.

Everyone needs to just relax and let things play out. I just got a payout today. The transition that their going through takes time as there are tons of accounts, but I know Griffin will get this transition taken care of. My good experiences with him and everyone there continues to stay the same. Ive got a good balance there and am not freaking out and will continue to play there.

You've made the same claims at SBR. Every time the heat is on 1V, you step in and claim you just got a payout from them. Never any specifics. Just seems odd, sir.

First, I don't have a sheet with Griffin. We do a paid marketing deal and I don't do rev share with 1Vice.

If a player signs up with a sponsor here, since I recommended the book, I feel a responsibility to help them through any disputes that may arise. That's all.

I have good contacts and good relationships with most of the advertisers here. In the past I have been able to help most players that felt like they have been not treated properly. But, it's not always gone in the players favor either.

Believe it or not, there are players out there that are wrong, and there are players that are scammers, and there are players with chargebacks, and there are players that just don't understand how things work.

Back when sportsbook.com had payout problems (about 10 years ago?), I had a good relationship there too. MY people got paid. Then the other forums were coming and asking me for help. I got many of them paid as well and it's all documented out there somewhere and in this forum somewhere. I never even got a thank you from the outsiders and vowed to never help again unless they were referred by my website. I have enough to do, believe it or not, so I'm not going to worry about the other sites, I'll take care of my own. That's what I mean by my players.

I still think this whole 1Vice thing has gotten blown way out of proportion but time will tell, I guess.
