Some of you are really fucked up. This man is dead, show some respect and have some class. Maybe he had some mental issues... maybe he was lonely.... who knows we all have our own issues... I just think it's pretty low to keep bashing someone right after they just died.... if you don't have anything nice to say don't say anything at all. Especially when someone dies. Fuck

I haven't talked to him via Facebook in a while but he would pop in sometimes to say hi or privately comment on a post in a positive manner. No matter what our differences were it is still a sad situation. RIP

I definitely feuded with him on here but sorry to hear the news about his passing.
He was usually pretty easy to wind up in his earlier days, which made him a perfect guy to give shit to. Very amusing.
All you had to do was give him shit about tying for 1st place in the Hilton Contest and you could get him going. :mj07:
Some of you guys still take the internet way too seriously.
Regardless of what I thought about his posting style or things he posted, I knew he was harmless.
I felt like he was just a lonely older guy looking for friendship or socialization. He liked the attention, regardless of it mainly was negative. Maybe he didn't have a great social life offline.
Or maybe he enjoyed winding us up as much as we enjoyed winding him up.
Either way, definitely sorry to hear about his passing. Never something you want to hear regardless of how much of a dick someone might be on the internet. (some of you need to get a fucking grip)

Instead of seriously I would say personally. It always amazes me when people take internet message board content to heart. YYZ obviously does to have that much hatred towards an avatar and screen name.
Sorry to hear this. Gary wasn't always a bad guy. He was stubborn as a mule but he did play that up. We argued early, became friends on Facebook then he got mad at me for defending another poster he didn't agree with and blocked me on Facebook. Now he's gone. I'm sorry for his family and the idea that he may have been saved. I hope his family finds comfort in their memories and may he rest in peace.

I'm certainly not happy that he died, but I'm not going to pretend I'm bothered by it either. He's an avatar and a screen name when I'm the one writing, but he's a person with a family when you guys write.

Sure, you can't see the difference. If we're having banter or someone else is a dick (as he was at times), I have no issue throwing it back.
Is the thread about his death really the place to take a shot at him? You don't have to praise his greatness but there are times you can restrain yourself and say nothing.
