but,as an american,i think the point on cnn`s biased(and imo treasonous) behavior needed to be made.....
it`s not new...not a revelation...and i didn`t even dig all that deep into my references on the issue....
i never even got around to peter arnett`s foibles(the baby milk factory and the tailwind scandal)......
even liberal outfits like wikpedia couldn`t figure out a way to spin those stories into anything other than obvious propaganda and misinformation....
as an american,i don`t subscribe to the " standing up for america?.. that`s a knee jerk reaction and i`m a BIG thinker" mentality.... given the amount of,imo,irrational anti-americanism we see in this forum,the media,academia.....
i know it`s fashionable...trendy...people think they`re courageous for ankle biting the evil imperialists....that`s just group think,imo...like blaming the "generic joos" for everything from every problem in the middle east to 9/11 to the ebola virus .......
like some conspiratorial, lazy,half baked civil rights leader blaiming the government for intentionally inflicting the black community with the aids virus....
like the mexican community calling the united states` enforcement of it`s border...the retaining it`s sovereignty racist..... rather than looking at the corrupt politicos in mexico for ruining their own country and economy....

i think that it`s easier and safer to blame those that you know won`t kill you( as we see happening in europe)........
than to actually confront the real issues....the real enemy..
