Where are all the Pit Bulls Protesting and Looting......

:0008:0008

Had me laughing out loud.

Ugh, I was going to make the standard "Oh, I've seen a poodle do this too" post against all the Bull lovers, but now that seems so insignificant to your classic wit and humor.

And you're an idiot, good post.

While, I agree Hedge is an idiot, I think I am starting to lean more and more to his side. While, I never am for restricting someones freedoms, if it affects my safety or more importantly the safety of my children I become concerned.

Where it is real F ing COLD
I will never trust them, I just won't. Pit Bull supporters say it's not he pit it's the owners. Well then I am not a fan of a dog who can mame and kill because of it's owner's actions, how do I know I can trust the owner?

it has to do with the breed regardless of their owners, I have read about these monsters turning on their owners more than once, they should be outlawed, have you ever seen a poodle kill someone or a cocker spaniel kill someone?

I understand your stance and while I disagree that the breed is naturally aggressive I don't think your children's safety is in anymore jeopardy than it was yesterday. If they currently have interactions with the breed you can simply stop that. Yes there will always be accidents but that is with every breed. As I've stated before, it's sensationalized by the media. They're the ray rice of the dog world while German Shepard are terrell suggs.

Hope that helps,
FDC

blah blah blah, I've had all kinds of dogs from a poodle to bull mastiff. Without a doubt the best dogs i've had or been around are bully breeds including the baby killing pit bull. Not going to change peoples mind about the breed all i can do is be a responsible owner. I dont walk my dogs in public or go to dog parks. If something were to happen regardless of fault i know whos getting blamed. therefore i do my best to not set them up for failure. can't trust a poodle or cocker to protect my family when i'm not around...can trust these lady's though. dogs.jpg

Good looking little angels!

Hedge is ignorant of any facts concerning the subject and is assuredly ignorant to his own ignorance as well.
I do walk mine to the local park/greenbelt in public and neither has had an issue ever. My only dog that displays ant aggression is to smaller yapping little shits that people don't believe need a leash. I've seen far more aggressive behavior from chihuahuas pomeranian and maltese than i ever have from any other dog. Their owners generally think it's cute and proclaim that their animal is too small to hurry anyone and can therefore run around unleashed barking and snarling at every thing that passes by

You pretty much locked up the argument against yourself with that comment.
That's not true Eric. Not surprisingly, the ratio of burglars that share your fear of the breed is pretty much congruent to the law abiding citizens.
A barking dog is an effective deterrent. I am fairly sure we've had this discussion before and I don't think this one will be anymore effective, however, I want to emphasize that the media reports on these type attacks. They do not report on other breeds like they do the bully breeds. Rarely do you see any news report on a bully breed that doesn't include words such as attack and mauling. Reports on more beloved breeds usually are not reported and certainly not described in the same nature.
Social pressure and influence rarely precludes the proper decision on matters such as these.
