If i had to bet on it, this will be where the percentage of deaths ends up,,,,Less than 1 percent and even less if you count underlying conditions and over age 60

Where do you draw the line about deaths? Your family? Oh okay.

Yeah, fuck the over 60's people. Fuck it.

Keep thinking positive. I hope you're right.

This is going to last for another 18 months - minimum. I like that you are optimistic but be careful. :toast:

If that happens I am going to be a broke ASS!!!And I know Im being optimistic but I have to be. Its the only way I can keep my sanity. I asked my dad what he thinks about it. He said I am almost 80 years old, and for my son to not stop by and see me is stupid because I MAY get this virus and die? He said if I cant see my kids and grandkids then I am dead already. He's a tough old coot but has had to be.

It will last forever, question is when will it go down to a rate the world can handle? The Covid-19 virus will never vanish, just like swine flu, ebola, rabies, hantavirus and others, it will never be completely eradicated from the planet.

Thankfully we are in 2020 and not 1820, medicine has come a long way, there are some smart fuckers out there that will figure this out, it is just a question of when.

The issue that is going to fuck shit up is the World's Economy, not the amount of deaths caused by the virus. Now that shit is scary:scared

As bad as this is spreading, I would like to hope normal policy gets set aside, and these trial drugs get put in play fast. If you tell me I have a less than 50% chance of making it, I'll sign a waiver.

I'll take the over, and pray none of our loved ones is on the list.

Is that for US? Can't be. CDC reports Total cases: 277,205 Total deaths: 6,593
Jurisdictions reporting cases: 55 (50 states, District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, Guam, Northern Marianas, and US Virgin Islands)

What site did you get this from? Google is pulling data from multiple sources and is a little more up to date than CDC....here's their number of deaths: 8,438

I haven't seen any stats that breakdown age, gender, underlying conditions etc.

I simply used your data and extrapolated it out a week.
