I can promise you this, I won't be doing it again. You kick me or hit me and I'm ok but not doing things to my knees and elbows. I had basketball league game the next day and I swear all I could think about was how bad my elbows and shoulders hurt.

It's funny because tapping is such a fine line. You have to try and get out but you also have to make sure you tap in time. :violin:

Rumor has it that Damian Maia vs Nate Marquardt is tentatively scheduled for UFC 99..... the word is these two will definitely face each other next, whether it ends up being at UFC 99 or not.
