By the way, kids in school have been picked on, made fun of, taunted, kicked, hit, beat up, etc, since the first school bell rang.

They settled it with fists, knives, chains, bats, and even break dancing for a few forgettable years.

The thing is, none of those actions ended up hurting people a hundred yards away. All of those actions involved you facing your tormentors, not spraying 50 rounds into a crowd.

No matter how you slice it though, you just can't compare today with 30 years ago. Besides, several million kids live day to day with the same shitty upbringing and same video games, and so on. They aren't killing their classmates.

People want to talk mental illness, and there is no doubt that plays a big role in this shit. But, sociopaths and psychopaths have been killing people forever. Thing is, it's never been easier. There is one huge reason for that.

Cultures change over time. Kids today are way different than kids 40 years ago. And kids 40 years ago were way different than kids 100 years ago. And on and on and on and on.

There are a lot of shitty parents I am sure. If that is what you want to point the finger at for all of this, ok....whats the answer? Mandatory parenting classes? I really dont understand what difference it makes if parents are shitty or not shitty. Wouldnt that just be more of a reason to tighten up gun laws?

what are you guys actually so scared of? are you scared that a ban on AR15 or assault rifles would lead to the government taking all your guns away?

if that isnt a worry, what is your big beef with more strict laws? do you really think ordinary citizens need to own an assault rifle? if so, for what purpose? is there no other weapon that could serve the purpose? assuming the purpose would be hunting or protecting your home?

Im scared of people who dont even know what an AR15 is. Im not scared of more strict laws, make it 21 to vote, 21 to own a gun, you have no idea what the hell you are talikin about when in comes to guns. thats scary. Meanwhile teach your kids some respect and discipline. Whatever happened to personal responsibility? 80 % of peeps on here dont even know what that means. Parenting classes, sure why not, if you cant pass, ya get sniped, fuck it! People have gotten too damned stupid and dont take responsibility for shit anymore! Its the governments fault right?
