Geez, big surprise. Too bad I don't have a son I could take to see this crap. Every father in the country would want his kid to learn how to be a fruit I suppose.

And hollywood is applauding this sick garbage!!

Homosexual and transsexual themes dominated Monday's Golden Globes with the key wins by "Brokeback Mountain," plus acting honors for the film biography "Capote" and the gender-bending "Transamerica."

Who would have thought years ago--Might be liberals theme in 08 erections aaa I mean elections :)

Good point! That's exactly what happens. You see gay people on a movie screen and you 'learn how to be a fruit.' Christ, if you see gay people in person, you practically just came out of the closet.

We need more movies like King Kong, so the homophobic, mindless drones like Freeze have a reason to go to the movies.

kosar, gimme a break, man.....so you're saying it's right for a kid to grow up w/2 moms or 2 dads, instead of a traditional upbringing? I guess Jane can be the mom and Gail the dad...I'm not advocating home-phobic-ness, but I also don't think these movies are good for kids to watch, nor should they get awards....how about jurassic park or an action movie for a kid, why would they want to see 2 gay cowboys, maybe you did as a kid, lol but I didn't nor do know many that would

No, as a general rule I don't think very many R rated movies are good for children to see.

As far as your other nonsense that has nothing to do with anything, i'll leave it up to others to figure out if life with a gay couple or life in foster care is better for a child.

It's the Golden Globe awards and not the Disney Awards. Whether or not it's appropriate for kids (which I agree, this particular film isn't) has nothing to do with the judging.

As for your other comments, I can guarantee you more messed up children have come out of narrow-minded religious upbringings than have come out of same sex parent households.

Since you're obviously operating on the level of a vegetable, it only follows that you wouldn't want your son to be a fruit.

Not bullshit at all, but it was my mistake thinking you'd understand my example. I should have said "percentage-wise" to clarify it better. And I never said anything about gays being angels. Just that they make better parents than narrow-minded hypocrites.

Not sure exactly who you're referring to, but I don't see much in this thread saying or implying that gays are angels. Maybe just that they're not necessarily automatically devils either.

The same 'perfect' God that bible thumpers like Freeze worship also created these horrible, disgusting gay people. That's kind of hard to reconcile, if you ask me.

And let's not even get into the whole homosexuality being a choice thing. Who the f*ck would choose to subject themselves to the rampant bigotry of the millions of homophobes and gay bashers in this country? I mean, seriously.

i take it you guys don`t like the "Goat Back Mountin`" project idea?......

o.k...but,i`m disappointed...

i am a little pissed that our buddy george galloway got snubbed....

how dare they?...

"George Galloway has been branded a “laughing stock” by a Labour opponent after the Respect MP imitated a cat on Celebrity Big Brother.

Mr Galloway, 51, went on all fours, purred and pretended to lick cream from actress Rula Lenska’s hands, as part of a task set on the Channel 4 show."

that`s the link above....lmao...

lol...anybody remember rula lenska?...the old v.o.5 commercials....i was knee high to a grass hopper...

galloway`s a beauty....but,

kitty litter can only cover up so much stank....

and now,a "paws" from our sponsor...

While we were eating dinner last night, my wife of course wanted to watch the red carpet show. whatever show we were watching (I think on E) had some homosexual guy as one of their reporters. That's no big deal. But what is a big deal is when he was interviewing Scarlett Johansen (sp?), h was fondling her tit (which looked great, by the way).

Now how in the **** does this guy not lose his job for doing that to her on standard cable before 9 pm? If a heterosexual would have done that, it would have been on every news update around. That guy basically gets a free pass to "mollest" her because he is gay.

That is simply not right. But who is going to reprimand him without catching bad press?

Maybe there have been repurcussions (I don't really read the reports), so if there have been my prior rant has been voided.

I know if that was my wife, daughter, mother I would on trial for a hate crime, though.

No but the more and more kids see of this stuff the more and more they think it must be o.k. What a disgrace to show kids it is o.k. to live that lifestyle.

lol- what took ya so long, Larry? You're right, we should teach our kids that it is NOT ok to be gay. They should be inculcated from age three that gay people are filthy and disgusting and that they should NOT be tolerated. It is sick and wrong and personally adversely affect each and every straight person every day of our lives. They should be shunned and mocked whenever possible.

When asked by our kids why they are different, we shall tell them that there comes a time in everybodys life (usually between ages of 11 and 14, although there are exceptions) when we must decide whether to go gay or not. They not not born this way and these heathens are gross and sickening to us normal folks.

Is this pretty close to how your heart to heart chats with your children go, Larry?

I can agree to live and let live---but when you have "some say"

"And I never said anything about gays being angels. Just that they make better parents than narrow-minded hypocrites."

you got to wonder--does it ever occurred to him that the former could not exist without the latter.

Wonder what it is thats makes some think --observing some dude smoking the ole white owl is so "nuturing" to children?

Your lesson for today--- do a demographical summary of San Fran & DC and report back to us about your "model societies" ;)

Can't believe my narrow minded parents offered me choice of boyscouts or little league (took the latter) ---when others were getting to go see the leather and whips at gay day in San Fran. :)

--with that being said I would not object to same sex parents as last resort but to refer to it as preferable would be ridculous--for most.

wellsaid    ...............you'd think some people in this thread have gay friends and relaties by their defensive replies........hey, I have a gay cousin and he's a cool guy, thats not what the thread is about...........it's not that their bad, it's that it is not right about some of the flambuoyancy, complaining about equal rights, etc etc that constantly goes on, and is accepted by this PC conscience and scared of law suits country
