Yes the walk behind brush hog will tear info that in no time. A friend of mine in Memphis just did twice that in a few hours and posted pics of it. I'll see if I can find them. You should be fine though.

Jack, I would check Craigslist and use someone with a tractor and bush hog. They can knock that down in no time.

It's been like that since I moved here, I didn't even think my property went back that far until recently. And now I pulled my contract and saw my property goes back even farther then I thought. :facepalm:
Fucking builder left me with those weeds and a yard full of mud which is the part he cleared out. Never! Ever! Pay a builder until he fulfills his promises. He was supposed to grade and seed my yard but never came back.
I would start out by going through that place with a machete, but that's just me. Maybe something better will work? Also, I would put on long clothes and work boots. For sure there is poison ivy and poison oak back there.

I know where my property lines are because the lady next door told me when I moved in to "feel free and mow as far over as you like" because she mowed her grass once for every 4 times I mowed mine. Looked horrendous!! When the new neighbors moved in I showed them where the lines were and I told them I hoped they mowed their grass because she didn't. PaSprint was mowing last week and proceeded to step in a big pile of dog shit on our side of the line. :facepalm:
