Brewster will come into this fight out of shape, and less motivated. He will take a pounding and eventually be knocked out sooner than later.

That was asked on page two I think, and addressed fully if you care to actually read the
thread.

I would be more worried about what is going to happen to Wladamir when his glass jaw gets stroked again, and he spins like a puppet, and does the joe frazier jump in the center side corner then falls on his face.

Scotty three things happen before the Hatton/Castillo fight. I heard Castillo was in the best shape of his life. 2. I heard he was dedicating the fight to his decease brother. 3. He is broke and this fight would bring him to stardom because he is in debt. Oh and 4. He laid down like a pathetic dog. I watched that fight again tonight and it was such a pathetic performance from a guy that needed it so much that i will never watch one of his fights ever again. Even when he started to hit Hatton he held back. The liver shot was a way for him to get out. If i was in debt like him im not gonna run twenty feet and then sit there for the count of 10 and then run out of the ring and not get interviewed probably because someone told him to take a dive and he didn't want to be question about someone clearing all his debts and setting up a nice account for him oversears somewhere. Watching that again tonight i think i could have beaten him with all those weak punches he was throwing. When some connected it looked like he was afraid he might have hurt Hatton :mj07:

I'm going to take a guess here that you've never been in a boxing ring or taken a good shot to the ribs/liver. ? If I think about it further, your bravely bashing a guy with your keyboard, a guy who was previously in one of the greatest fights of all time. Maybe you had a few bucks on him, no?

Go watch the fight again. Was it a legit knockdown possible but for some reason ten seconds into the fight Stewart is already talking about him being a shot fighter? Ten seconds? How in the world could he tell that fast? Then he was throwing punches that seem so weak so was he told to lay down and get a nice chunk of change down the road? They talked about the debts he had right before the fight. A third Castillo Mayweather fight isn't worth crap compared to a Hatton Mayweather fight. Who knows but i will tell you one thing i never in my life back in the old days and we are talking the Ali days have i ever saw a fighter go down like this. Im talking Ali, Foreman, Fraser, Norton. Even the Hagler , lenaord, hearns ,mugabi's. If you watch the fight again like i did and slow mo it when he got knocked down, he thru a punch and it looked like he waited for Hatton to throw the punch. He might have stood there two seconds waiting for the punch. He even turned a little and it looked like he knew it was coming. Films don't lie. The bravely bashing him comment is so silly i won't even go there and yes I bet on it very small and that doesn't mean anything in the world to me. That is just something people say who in no way think something like this could be set up. if i had Hatton i would have said the same thing. As for the ribs? I broke them about five times but never in a situation where i thought there was a possibility i could have them broken. Go watch the fight again. I bet those old debts are all cleared up now.

Scotty your threads usually have eight thousand pictures in them and i wasn't to big on going thru all of them. I will go back tho since you mention it. I probably did but just missed it. You should also realize if you put up a thread the point of it is to get others opinions. Everytime someone questions the fight you attack them like they are trying to steal money off of you.

Just wondering i read a post of yours insulting Buddy Mcgrit. Would that be considered bravely bashing a guy from a keyboard?

:mj07: No it wouldn't because McGirt is very fat and happily smoking cigars these days and after seeing him waddle thru the Mandalay Bay, I think I could take him. Did I insult McGirt, that had to have been a while ago when all his fighters were losing and his was gving out no advice or great advice like "your taking too many punches"

I'm a Castillo fan which is why I jumped into your space. I'll rewatch the Castillo Hatton fight, I would hate to think his quitting was pre-planned before the fight, which it seems your alluding to.

I was ringside as I live in Vegas and I had a professional fighter next to me believed he couldn't get up from a debilitating liver shot.

I'll say it's possible that he checked out and said F' it. Here's why. To me, he was slowly working his way into the fight and he won the 3rd round on at least one of the judges scorecards. Hatton doesn not take it to the body well (see his last fight) and Castillo hurt him more than once to the body and fukking Joe Cortez goes and deducts a point and most everyone said that was not a low blow. A professional fighter/trainer told me he watched it in slow motion many times and there was no way it was a low blow and Hatton was adept at pushing the shots down making it look that way. If your in your mid 30's , in a higher weight class and you have your work cut out for you against a young, very strong Hatton who has mastered the art of mauling/wrestling to wear you down, and you start having success on the inside and even lift Hattton's leg with a shot to the solo plexus, and the senior citzen ref stops the fight and takes a point away and your immediately mauled again... I may understand e checking out of a fight you can't win. Hatton has created a new sport called wrestlebox, or maul n' punch and it sucks.

I welcome everyone in my threads to say whatever they want. The ones that just come in and say , Klit will win in the 3 rd and not give any reasoning get to me. They are secretly hoping
it will happen so they can say they called it. They almost never know wtf they are talking about and can be discounted.

Its bashing and produces nothing but bad karma.

I believe in the plays that I post. I believe strongly and back it up with pages of reasons from all kinds of sources I have found.

I only attack morons like this abc.

I kinda like the arm guy, as he at least has a sense of humor about him.

When i saw Cortez give the warning for the low blow i said to my brother "did you see anything?" I didn't see anything close. After seeing it again it might have been the highest low blow in the history of fights. Castillo might not of taken a dive but somehow they were gonna get him out of there and that low blow was a start. It really rubbed me wrong when Stewart after the ten seconnd mark is talking about a shot fighter. How could anyone see that in ten seconds? I agree with every thing you say about Hatton. You want to root for the guy with all the blue collar talk but this type of fighting is completely ridiculous. Im not a big fan of Mayweathers but for Hatton to say there was more excitemnet in that four rounds than Mayweathers whole career then he ought to check out one of his own fights.

I'd be more worried about Brewster getting KO'd and somebody comes home, finding you naked and drunk with a gun in your hand, listening to Mazzy Star's "Fade Into You"

"I want to hold the hand inside you. I want to take a breath that's true.

Etc......etc....etc...bang....screams....sirens....

With the fighters just this close, Lamon can throw the left hook and break a glass chint
into pieces.

Okay now we have a fight. 227 is still a little fluffy for my taste i guess it is okay but i would have rather seen another five to 7 pounds off. So sad to even be talking like this. In the olden days you never had to worry about Norton, Frazer, Ali and even Foreman come in shape. You watch some of the old time classic on ESPN classic you never see a guy out of shape. Compared to now they fought for piss.

227 is perfect weight for Lamon and it shows he dedicated himself to winning this fight.

In the old days fights were guaranteed to be in top shape, these days you have to figure that out before you make the play, otherwise its usually a losing venture.

This weight 227 is excellant.

I think I heard that BOX was considering buying back his Wlad K wager.

still wish BOX would give me the play on the over /under.
