The Stop Sign Petition Process has officially concluded the vote phase with Option #1, work with the City of Columbus to make the Stop Signs permanent, carrying the majority of votes cast. With 133 home and/or lot owners, option #1 carried the vote with 85 total, Option #2, Children at Play and Speed Limit signs, carried 10 votes, and option #3, do nothing, carried 11 votes. We had a total of 27 Votes not Cast broken down to 19 Builders that elected to allow the residents of the neighborhood to vote for the majority and 8 residents that could not be contacted and/or have moved and the house is vacant and did not vote via Facebook.
We will reach out to the City of Columbus this week, 3 August, and will confirm our next steps in fulfilling the outcome of this majority vote. Thank you to all that voted and especially to those that volunteered their time to capture the voice of the neighborhood.

I voted Option #3 :mj07:

Hi neighbors! It's Girl Scout cookie season, and I know a brownie who can help you out! If you are interested, we would appreciate your order. They are 4.00 a box (toffee is 5.00). Thanks so much in advance!

I know it was mentioned at the hoa meeting about trash cans not being left at the front of the property.....I've just picked up 15+ boxes of somebody else's that were all over our yard, because the trash cans are left on the front. On a day like today I think it's a good idea to move them.

Just curious...are there currently any noise ordinance/courtesy rules or regulations in the HOA covenants?? Specific to time, like no mowing at 7am??

Right across the street.
