Read last three pages of this thread. Some funny damn stuff Jack. Love the eastwood pic describing the brownie selling her cookies. :142smilie:142smilie

As far as fireworks with dogs, we have a really strong industrial type fan and run it during fireworks with our dog in the bedroom. Or there is dog friewndly soothing music online thast can work too, but fan works best.

That was here and that was me last night. :SIB

That shit is legal here. How can it be legal to set those things off in a residential neighborhood? They will set a house on fire one day. I don't get it.

We deal with it every summer, so many seasonal homes in the area with amature pyrotect up here to blow off steam.....Almost every night between 10-12, gets really old.....:0008

Anybody in the neighborhood want to make $25 to cut the last half of our grass before it rains? Our dumb mower died again (we just had it fixed), so now our lawn looks like it has a mohawk. You'd have to bring your own mower. There are no obstacles (like trees or trampolines or pools or fences) in the way. I'd really like to get it done before it rains.

18 years ago I would have been there as quickly as possible to get that 25..

then offered a price for weekly cut...

Then tried to fix the mower...then knocked on the doors of the neighbors to try to get their lawns...

still nothing prettier than than stripped lawn w/thick fescue in late Sept.
