I'm interested to see how legit Fitch is. I think he's a top of the line fighter who's never gotten his chance to shine.

I want to see how good Danzig can be at LW and Guida will certainly give him his toughest test of recent since Gomi.

I'm a huge Huerta fan, and not a very big fan of Florian. I'd love to see Huerta knock Florian back down to reality.

And finally, I wanna see Brock succeed, so hopefully he will with this fight.

Jeff Monson had to drop out of his fight against Russow.. apparently Monson has not recovered from a broken hand he suffered against Josh Barnett.

His replacement will be Clay Guida's older brother, Jason Guida. Jason Guida record only 17-15, but said to be on a win streak.. :shrug:

The UFC is obviously the top organization. However, the Affliction:Banned card for July 19th is by far the best and most exciting MMA card that I've seen, well....ever. Maybe it's just me, but this card is simply sick....

Yes the Affliction card doesn't suck, but I don't think it is that great.......way too many mismatches. Yes you have some good fighters but way too many fights that are "a joke". I don't really think the card is that good. But with that being said I am looking forward to the main event and the Arlovski fight. But this whole show is about the main event, and I am all for that. Just too bad some of the other fights were not more competitive. But hey maybe I'm wrong and they'll be some huge upsets. But I don't know how anyone can say the Josh Barnett vs. Pedro Rizzo, Matt Lindland vs. Fabio Nascimento, Renato "Babalu" Sobral vs. Mike Whitehead, and Paul Buentello vs. Aleksander Emelianenko fights are competitive. Aleksander isn't that good, but Buentello is pathetic. My list is all about great fights to watch, and none of those fights look to be "great".:shrug:

And I'd pay 100 dollars to see that "hype machine" Fedor lose, that would make the whole card worthwhile for me let me tell ya:142smilie

I don't understand how you wouldn't want to see guys like Whitehead fight Sobral.

Barnett vs Rizzo is better than watching atleast 60% of the fights you've listed as "good fights" or fights to want to watch.

That whole fight card to a long time MMA fan like myself is very exciting. You have to remember a few things...

These other companies aren't the UFC, so you're not gonna get these great matchups that you'd love to see. Talent is spread out all over the place.

However, Affliction, by far, not even close, has the best HW division in all of MMA.
