Not really Alien, but Interstellar and Contact were both pretty good

I'm gonna try both of those. I may have seen them before too. That happens a lot at my age. I see a movie I think I'll like and a quarter way in I realize I've seen it before.

How could you not like any movie with Matthew McConaughey in it...:0074

I really like one of his that Joker hates. Lincoln Lawyer.

I like courtroom movies. :0008

Ventura, Ca.
Watched a independant western, 'Old Henry.' starring character actor Tim Blake Nelson about a old farmer with a son who defends his son and someone he found shot from outlaws. Not alot of scenery shots as this is more smaller scale. Very well done.

Batman (2022) ****+/5
good restart into "Joker" world that's not filled with superpowershit but more "realistic" Gotham. a bit like cartoon Batmans Killing Joke and Return I&II.

got a SONY 65'' A84J oled and i have been watching some older movies again,

Bladerunner and 2049, both pretty epic movies, never looked this good

SinCity I&II, oled does justice for black&white with bright insertions of color

Watched some Got and Penny Dreadful from HBOmax app and it looked very good too. Need to sign to Prime to see Expanse...

Hockey looks awesome, no hassle with moving picture and looks like my oled-panel is free from uniformity problems aka darker spots or colored areas.

i have +400 blurays and i need to get at least 30-40 of those in 4k :0071

We don't need another Joker.
We need the scientist known as Dr. Freeze. His origin story is both sad and understandable and then transcends into madness. Dang. Hope they go any other route than Joker.

Even Wrath would be awesome!!

agree, enough Mr J's out there. Gotham/DC has quite a few good villains that are mostly unknown. Gotham tv-series goes through almost all villains and some of them were played very well like Jervis Tetch/The Mad Hatter and Professor Pyg.

edit: btw Doom patrol has more of these less known villains like Mr. Nobody, The Beard Hunter and, of course, Animal-Vegetable-Mineral Man.
