Originally released by Paramount Pictures, the film stars James Stewart, Grace Kelly, Wendell Corey, Thelma Ritter, and Raymond Burr. It was screened at the 1954 Venice Film Festival.

Inventing Anna on Netflix. Watched the whole limited series last 2 days. I got hooked early on then it slowed down a lot in the later episodes but I wanted to see what happened so I hung in there. Pretty decent. I'll give it 6.5. Julia Garner shows she's a legit actress in this. It certainly shows what a bunch of phony fuks the NY socialites are.

I just finished this one. Just like you said, starts strong then drags a bit toward the end. 6.5 is fair.

The Usual Suspects
is a 1995 neo-noir[5][6] mystery thriller film directed by Bryan Singer and written by Christopher McQuarrie. It stars Stephen Baldwin, Gabriel Byrne, Benicio del Toro, Kevin Pollak, Chazz Palminteri, Pete Postlethwaite, and Kevin Spacey.

The plot follows the interrogation of Roger "Verbal" Kint, a small-time con man, who is one of only two survivors of a massacre and fire on a ship docked at the Port of Los Angeles. Through flashback and narration, Kint tells an interrogator a convoluted story of events that led him and his criminal companions to the boat, and of a mysterious crime lord?known as Keyser S?ze?who controlled them. The film was shot on a $6 million budget and began as a title taken from a column in Spy magazine called The Usual Suspects, after one of Claude Rains' most memorable lines in the classic film Casablanca, and Singer thought that it would make a good title for a film.

The Bank Job
is a 2008 heist thriller film directed by Roger Donaldson, written by Dick Clement and Ian La Frenais, and starring Jason Statham, based on the 1971 Baker Street robbery in central London, from which the money and valuables stolen were never recovered. The producers allege that the story was prevented from being told in 1971 because of a D-Notice, to protect a prominent member of the British royal family.[4][5] According to the producers, this film is intended to reveal the truth for the first time,[6] although it includes significant elements of fiction.

In The Valley of Elah - Tommy Lee Jones and Charlize Theron

Never saw it before.

At the 1:20 mark or so.....I was on the edge of my seat.

The end is not what you would expect, rather a revelation of something more heinous than you expected, but somehow you knew it all along.

This movie would be a 8.2 however the very last song was such a fuckin' church worship tragedy, it knocked it down to a 7.9

If you see this - I would be interested in knowing what your opinion is.

To Catch a Thief
Jaws
Jaws II
Moneyball
Michael Clayton
The Fugitive
Donnie Brasco
Master and Commander
Gone Baby Gone
Andromeda Strain (1972)
Pelican Brief
The Drop
Mystic River

How was Michael Clayton?

Jagged Edge (1985) Glenn Close the lawyer defends Jeff Bridges accused of killing his wife. Pretty decent movie I give a solid 7/10. Another one I saw at the theater 35 years ago. Jesus.

I'm desperate for movies. I've been watching 50+ movies a month for the last 20 years. I've seen everything I want to see. Been going back and watching for multiple watches lately. Happened to see Ted and watched it. Horrible. Fuck the Abyss alien bullshit. I don't do alien movies but I'm pretty sure I saw that one.

Not really Alien, but Interstellar and Contact were both pretty good
