I saw this when it came out and turned it off.

I decided to give it another try because SixFive said The King's Man is good so if I am going to watch the series, I better start with the first one and then I ended up turning off this piece of shit because I am not 12 years old holy fucking shit this is bad.

Youve never seen LA Confidential?

Holy shit jaek, youre in for a treat.

Great cast and very well acted.

I recognized early on that I have seen the movie. That happens to me a lot but sometimes it takes a long time to realize that I've seen it before.

Since a poster of Tyrone appears above . . .
I HIGHLY recommend "Witness for the Prosecution" for anyone who hasn't seen it.
Classic Laughton.

Agree - only problem is - the movie is so good, anyone who hasn't seen it, has already trudged through inferior stories that copied it's path so it doesn't "reveal" as well as it did back then.

Still, it is worth the watch.

An international co-production between the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, and Japan, it is based on the 1995 novel of the same name by Michael Chabon. I've only seen bits and pieces of that film, but it looked good.

Inventing Anna on Netflix. Watched the whole limited series last 2 days. I got hooked early on then it slowed down a lot in the later episodes but I wanted to see what happened so I hung in there. Pretty decent. I'll give it 6.5. Julia Garner shows she's a legit actress in this. It certainly shows what a bunch of phony fuks the NY socialites are.

Avengers Endgame 3.3, lmao.
Best cop movie of all time is LA Confidential. Second place is Serpico.

Serpico is a better cop character movie than a basic cop movie.

LA Confidential has an incredible fiction character in it. Bud White pulling that fuckin' Santa off the roof to get that guys attention. Awesome!!!

It stars Henry Fonda (who also produced the film with Reginald Rose), Lee J. Cobb, Ed Begley, E.G. Marshall, and Jack Warden.
