Nevermind answered my own question it was because they took away a win week before by not calling any holds against Rams, to make Baker relevant and sell this weeks Monday nighter. Next week Pats will beat Cinci to make up for what they took away this week.Script had Pats losing but no one would figure it would be on that type of play, just fall down and go to OT.

Maybe the quality of officiating is taking a natural downturn. When you hire for gender and racial equity that tends to happen.
Don't think that is the issue as much as it is too much discretion of the individual. They should have full time officials that have class in off season to study the correct calls and discuss what should have been called ornate called. However then they would lose ability to put blame on someone else. When you still go to replay and can't make the correct calls there is an issue.
