haven't dipped my toes into the NBA playoff waters as of yet, but having a hard time ignoring the line abnormalities on this one

pinny at -3 at what basically amounts to a pick - bovada asking you to lay juice laying 3.5, and my main book, which is normally pretty tight, has gs -3 -160 returning clips +3 +130

basically just trying to decide whether to lay a nickel or a dime

Burns, assume these are numbers for the 3rd quarter? It's not secret to the books that the Warriors have been the best 3rd quarter team by far for the better part of 5 years now.

Sorry, or maybe you are referring to the 1st qtr...

Yea, it's a pretty popular notion that the Warriors are just going to come out on fire tonight in LA after that atrocious meltdown... like they have something to prove or want redemption. I'm not so sure that the 1st quarter is where they feel the need to prove that. They are in it for the long run. Let everyone else lay those three, three-and-a-halves at [insert name of public book here]. I'll hapily take the other side.

I am getting some really nice offerings on the first half now as thee line continues to climb. It is tempting to take more there too.

Just put a bunch more down on 1Q and 1H at stupid numbers. Value is too good. I?m either gonna get killed early in this one or it?ll be a great night.

Man oh man, I misread this. Sorry all. I underestimated the Warriors defensive effort, clearly. It?s their defense that has generated almost all of their points. Poor error in judgement on my part. Apologize to all. Nobody is hurting more than me on this. You can be sure of that.

Yep. Half not over yet. I?m only going to be saved some by my Spurs bet.
I wouldn?t necessarily be surprised to see the Clippers close the gap here before the half.

This is actually where LAC can make up some ground with both second units out there.

Doc needs to tell Zubacs to stop jumping in the air before deciding who to pass it to. Looks ridiculous

Durant out to make a point tonight. I like that. Just not in the context of it damaging the clippers prospects of a first half cover

Interesting dynamic at play now in this series...
After completing a 31 point comeback in Golden State, the Clippers have to feel like they aren?t completely out of any game, save for maybe a 40-pt margin. We should sustained effort from them late in games, even in potential blowout situations.

How about the Clipps-1 2nd h. Already on GS for the game and a middle would be great:shrug:

Sorry, I?m just seeing this, but I hope you held off. Despite the Clippers continued effort, the Warriors aren?t going to let off the gas tonight. At least not until the regular rotation is done for the game. They can?t even allow the thought of LA getting back into this game after the blown lead last game. Maybe see some value late with live betting on LA though.

GS is playing defense out there like it?s a one possession game in the 4th qtr. rather they are up but 35 in the 3rd. Scary what this team is capable of when giving max effort.
