Small card for THU and the books have had plenty of time to give us some tight numbers.
I'm not exactly sure about the procedures here but would it be ok to throw around some ideas on the big dance since there isn't much for the NBA?

For the NBA...I'm not seeing much but I'd like to throw a rare one out there...Is anyone feeling the OVER for Portland at Cleveland @186? Just a thought.

No value jumping on any overnight lines so I'll watch movements in the AM.

G'Nite all.

Tired legs from Portland maybe? Saw that both Aldridge (stinger?) and Batum (ankle turn?) suffered injuries (don't know the extent) - Oden limited to his quota on the floor as well... Makes it easier to focus defensively on Roy.

Ax, do you know what the Warriors are like scoring-wise away from Oracle? Fell prey for that 244 earlier in the week, but 233.5 @ Staples? Not sure about that...

Gonna catch the remaining 2 games on right now, some z's and ruminate on this limited card. If there's nothing that jumps out, may stay away given that the selection on Friday is more bountiful.

Goodnight to you and everyone else; come out :box2: tomorrow...

I see small value in all 3 games. Some line movement could make these games real attractive. Time for me finish tomorrows early tournament games. I had a crazy auction today for the tournament and it wore me out.

Thanks...I'm glad to finally see you. How's the NHL stuff I sent ya working out? I know it can get complicated.

The NHL stuff is working very well, 2 out of 2 so far that I've been able to bet on (not too much juice)

Thanks a ton pal!!

* Under is 8-1 in DAL last 9 games as an underdog.
* Under is 8-2 in DAL last 10 road games.
# Under is 7-1 in ATL last 8 home games.

Gentleman...lets get em back Thursday!!...see this interesting article and comment from Dirk about pace of play vs Hawks, etc....

http://www.dallasnews.com/sharedcon.../mavs/stories/031909dnspomavscap.3e60ac7.html

I try to help out best i can guys but work too damn much. need to make the $$ here so as i dont have to....:)

From that article:

The Hawks are more athletic than the Mavericks, meaning "you don't want to get into a complete up-and-down running game with them," Dirk Nowitzki said. "That's why we have Jason Kidd. He knows how to control the pace."

You leaning on the under too, VegasAce?

run these queries when u see em Ax (n whomever else)....

team=Mavericks and site=away and date>20090201

AND

team=Hawks and site=home and date>20090201

Dallas REALLY seems to play to pace of their counterpart...3 outta L4 high scores but vs teams that dont play D. Same 4 ATL...3 outta 10 went over tonites number but were shitty teams that dont play D.

a qoute from ATL head coach after last game vs Kings.....?We picked it up in the third and fourth quarter,? Hawks coach Mike Woodson said. ?The way we started the game, I didn?t think we would ever get to that point. We had no defensive presence in the first half. You can?t start the game the way we did, thinking we are going to outscore teams, without having some sort of defensive presence.?

You would think if they take heed to this statement combined w Dirks comment that a 1H under would be good in the least, eh??

ATL 3-7 and 7 outta last 8 have gone U when favored by 6pts or less.....ATL 2-5 this year vs SW division...DAL 3-5 vs Southeast...DAL 3-7 and 4 outta L5 have gone U when dogs of 6pts or less...i like the sound of the 1st and last of these stats, seems to indicate both teams play good D and/or are "up" for the expected quality opponent.

i'm not trying to find a reason to force a bet on the U on this game, just seems as tho every thing i look up points that way guys...
