When the going gets tough, the tough....quit-

Great example she's providing.

If true, probably just a head start on her 2012 Presidential campaign.

Somehow she, at this point, is considered the 'frontrunner' for the Republican nomination.

She very well might be.

lol

i don`t consider her presidential material(much like obama)....she`d be out of her depth...

i think it`s a case of her tiring of democrat operatives filing complaints against her(15 at last count....i believe all dismissed)....complaints that have cost her/the state $500,000 to defend...

not to mention tiring of having her minor children viciously attacked and slandered....

she`s not running for president...

There is no doubt that the voting public deserves a better candidate to oppose O in the next election than this loser.

Fortunately, this latest embarassment marks the end of her time as a "legitimate" candidate for '12. My guess is she's heading to Fox News.

Think shes about 4th Matt--however she may be last man/woman standing at the rate these affairs have been chopping heads.:)

While I like her as a person I don't think she is pres material by any means--only person with less experience and quailfications was Gumby-- as believe gov or mayor of large city will trump junior senator by most standards.

She's a politician, get over it. If she couldn't take the heat now what does she expect if she were president, not like that's gonna happen-

She uses her kids for publicity.

So now things get tough and she quits, she seriously can't think she is going to be president now does she?

She'll be running. I have no doubt.

She sure loved parading those kids out didn't she.

I like how she says she is not wired like normal politicians and this is not politics as usual.

She is a quitter and how anyone can say she should even be considered as a nominee for president is nuts.

She could not even finish her term as governor.

No it's not...
so many say that politicians should not be able to hold an office and run for another.. if she has other aspirations, she is doing the right thing.. most politicians would use the office for a spring board and a soft place to land if things don't work out... More politicians should do what we think she is doing here..

So doing the right thing is quitting before her term is over?

Did the alaskan people elect her to serve 2/3rds of a term?

I do not see how this does anything but harm any chance of her being the repubs nominee.

She said she wants to promote change. Most likely she has a tv or radio show lined up.

Or, she could always be running away to live with Joe the Plumber.
