I disagree, I think she is a old school. Conservative to the core and would make a wonderful President, she has way more qualifications than the annointed one...

You never cease to amaze me with the things that you claim to believe. I like to give people the respect they deserve, but saying that Sarah Palin would make a wonderful President is the dumbest - yes, dumbest - thing you've ever typed. There is nothing in her history, her past, her present, her resume, her manner of speaking, that would lend a sensible person to want her to be the President of this country.

Old school? More like Olds SchoolS. What was it, 6 different colleges that she went to in 5 years to graduate? I'm not casting stones at that at face value, but to be a PRESIDENT? She's a complete joke if you want to get serious about it. BLIND following, I think it's called. Listening to and promoting a hypocritical lying blowhard like Rush, or a hypocritical welcher like Hannity who reneged on the troops and their family members - and say you'd like Palin as your President, is just a joke, IMO FWIW LMAO. These people are the among the best options there are to you, and that says it all. One thing is for sure, they all seem to be entertainers. I can agree to that.

Fortunately, most *thinking republicans*(cue bad oxymoron joke) agree with you. The party is in a state of embarrassment and the fact that this is the best there is to offer is even more sad.

It's not a personal thing with me, with others here, I don't care to get into that bs, but whatever. I just don't understand how someone could listen to her, and feel compelled to want her in control of this country. I don't really agree the Republicans don't have anyone who could make a decent president, and I don't think Palin is the leading candidate, or at least I hope not. I think there are some that I could probably not worry too much about, and I think I mentioned I would not have been worried had McCain been elected, other than the concern of Palin being a heartbeat away. I've voted for republicans in the past in state and local elections, and would consider it depending on what they stand for in the national election, depending on who the dems had propped up.

But Palin? Please.

I'd say Palin probly looking at payday--

The more controversial the better--should have opted for a little sex with interns prior--a few felony convictions-disbarrment (oops not attorney)--she be multi millionaire and definately embassador to something--or maybe change parties look at manslaughter and run for senate in Mass--might get icon status and lifetime seat :)

DTB your party I believe got lucky she showed how strange she is. She would have cost you another loss in 12. Money she won,t need. Some one will over pay for a book deal in the millions.

Glad you brought that up.

You know GW came into office inheirting recession (dotcom) and never once personally blamed Bill but rather took task to hand as his responsiblity to fix--goes a lot toward ones character-he took responsibily throughout his term for his actions

Enter Gumby's and -it's not my fault character
How many times has he referred to GW fault trying to put himself in no lose situation--

You might ask your base another question for me--

If economy was worst since great depression when dow was hitting 12,000 and unemployment less than 5%--how would pelosi and Gumby describe it now- :0corn

But you do not deny that this recession is the fault of your neocon hero Bush and the 8 years he got everything he asked for?

Why don?t you do a little research instead of just posting bogus statistics? When Obama took office in January, the DOW was NOT at 12,000 and unemployment was NOT at 5%. The DOW was hovering around 8000, about where it is now. Unemployment was at 7.2% and if you subtract seasonal part-time holiday employment, unemployment was actually at 13.5%.

Compared to the economic collapse that occurred in 2008, the dotcom bubble burst was nothing more than a market correction. And it took 4 years for the economy to rebound from that and return employment to previous levels. So don?t expect unemployment levels to return to pre-economic meltdown levels for a long, long time. If you thought Obama was going fix the economy in 6 months, you probably believe in leprechauns, fairies and unicorns too.
