The "dude in the basement" is the trusted source of Jaxx, Skulnik, Hedgehog, Dead Money, etc. They all claim that the professional journalists can not be trusted. They post stuff from blogs that we are supposed to take as seriously as them because it fits their preconceptions. They think the Fake News controversy is about NBC, CBS, The NY Times, etc. They're completely lost.

I'll also say this about the thread... it has a lot of energy.. I'm not a Trump fan but I'm hoping for the best. I don't know what to think about his cabinet, appears a bit sketchy. What is true is that Trump's Secretary of State received Russias highest civilian honor when Putin presented him the Order of Friendship medal a couple years ago. What is true is that the CIA has stated that they have uncovered irrefutable evidence that Russia hacked our election cycle in an effort to get Trump the election. Also what is true is that Republican leaders in Congress knew about the hack for months and suppressed it in order to get Trump elected.
What is true is that Trump and SoS appointee Tillerson have millions invested in the ExxonMobil deal with Russia and stand to make billions once Trump is elected and he can lift the sanctions currently in place against Russia. Those sanctions are in place because of Russias involvement in a political coup in the Crimean peninsula where Russia hacked into and once again infiltrated an election cycle. Russia still lost that election, so they decided to depose the duly elected leader anyway by using military force.
What is true is Trump's son, speaking at a press conference, announced that a sizable amount of the Trump's wealth comes from deals with Russia and that we should be friends and allies.
What is true is that they in all the investigations supported by congressional republicans found only one small "c" halfway down the page of a single email. It was also said by the leader of the investigation that the little "c" could be and most likely was easily missed. In all those investigations on Hillary and her emails, that's what they found. Millions of tax payer dollars and how many investigations?
I'll be more than happy to discuss any and all crimes Hillary had been convicted of, there aren't any, and all that she's been indicted for, there aren't any. So long as you're willing to accept what is actual real life fact and truth, you know, the kind you would expect to be considered if it were you on trial. The kind you can support with real evidence.
What can be supported is Trump's ties to Russia. His embezzlement and fraud concerning Trump university, as well as his fraudulent veterans charity in which he stole money from. His admitted sexual assaults. The entire litany of lie after lie after lie that have actually been proven to be outright lies by Trump and his campaign.
I have reservations that any Trump supporters would be willing to have that discussion within the parameters stated.
I have yet to see any of his supporters that can make a clear and concise argument for Trump without using the same old tired and unproven rhetoric and propaganda attacking the Clinton's. I have my doubts it can be done, but I'm willing to give it a go. Are you?
We can even start with you providing concrete evidentiary material that supports your statement that Hillary Clinton sold 20% of the U.S.A.'s uranium to Russia. All I ask is that if you cannot provide it, you just say so and retract the statement in its entirety or state that it is indeed nothing more than a useful untruth.
Fair enough? I'm more than willing to do the same with anything I've said about Trump.
