I think everyone is safe with Augusta prop--since no one can get on--but I got a little prop for anyone interested that we can do.

Got new course down here in Bowling Green--3rd year since opening.

Heres the prop--

Will wager all comers--pros included on busting 75
--wager $250 (they'll be lined up if you want more)

Will throw in a few perks--will pay fees of anyone busting 77 ($90)
Will give $250 bonus on anyone breaking par.

The rules-- play em down from the tips.

I will kiss your ass and his in front of everyone if Kosar is 1 inch taller than 5'8" WITHOUT SHOES OR ANY OUTSIDE HELP, FLAT FOOTED. I would wager he is more like 5'5" but seeing as how I dont want to kiss a mans ass I played it safe.

Its the offer that counts, when it comes right down to it.

I would give my left nut to play Augusta National. Would be so absorbed in the landscape and have running thoughts in my mind of all the great history and legends who have stood where I stand. I absolutely wouldn't give a shit about my score. I will add 5K if someone can get me into Agents group!

Heaven, oh!!, this isn't it?!
On my best day, from the pros' tees, 99. On my worst day, from the ladies tees, I would hate to admit it :SIB :scared
I stand by my original comment!:com:
I used to play professionally..... mostly the Asian tour, Canadian tour and a little in the States. Augusta is the one course I would love to play that I haven't had the opportunity. Just like everyone else, I've watched the Masters for years and feel like I know what to do on each hole. The difference between knowing what to do and doing it is immense. I break it down like this (with some thoughs included).
Love the play by play Screamin.......
Will be watchin tomorrow:SIB

And how many on the back nine???Is this the golf forum?

Since Agent has been non-exisistent in this thread since it's been revived, I reserve the right to change my odds on this challenge..............:sadwave:

Agent breaking Par: +330
Agent OVER Par: -300

Agent UNDER 81*: -170
Agent OVER 81*: +140

Based upon todays conditions, with same tee and pin placements.............

I will take all players............

LMAO,

Franky

Based on yesterday's pin positions I have Agent +140 shooting over 81, as a LOCK :padlock: :padlock: :padlock:. I am a scratch player and I am unsure that I could break 85 under those conditions on that course.

Hey ScreaminPain --somehow missed your post on playing on Canadian/Asian tour previously.

Have couple friends here from those tours foryears and wondered if you might know them--

John Kernohan played Asian Tour--won Singapore Open and got to play in B.O.

Phillip Hatchett Played both but primarily Canadian--

I think with the toughness of Augusta I would be very frustrated therefore I would shoot down about 15 Budweisers.:drinky: :drinky: :drinky: And probably go thru about a dozen balls.:com:

Sorry, DTB, I don't know either of your friends. I played in the late 70's so they were probably a little after my time.

It was fun while it lasted. I made a little money and settled down....opened a golf store and got married. I continued to play some State opens out here in the west, but nothing serious after the mid-80's.

My average score is about 94, my best score is 85. I would bet my score at Augusta with these conditions would be between 140-150. Any amatuer "scratch" golfer would be lucky to break 90. No amatuer made the cut this year at +9!!. :scared

I shot at 100 at Hazeltine back in 02' right after the Championship... Pretty long course... I golf a lot more these days... I think I could keep it within 100.

It wasn't until Agent said he wasn't getting married till the Fall that I looked at the date...
