Realistically, what do you think you could shoot at Augusta?

You know damn well that it's about a one in a million shot that there is a guy here with the combination of being able to get you on the course and also wants to/can bet you the 10 dimes.

That's what I call 'safe bragging.'

Little short men with attitudes. Usually they are looking for a fight.

Compensatory behavior exhibited by those with a Napoleon complex may also include being overly aggressive or argumentative and a need to over-achieve, which all serve to give the person a sense of greater self worth

In all seriousness...

Why don't you play professionally? I love to play, and if I was good enough to break par at Augusta, I would be doing it for a living.

Im not good enough to make it, been there done that, I dont have the game. I will however bet 10,000 I can break par at Augusta.

So basically you are willing to pay $10,000 to play Augusta.

Why is it that guys with only 24 posts.
Originate "duels" before they are around long enough to
Really establish their creditability?
Maybe this guy has been here before........

I hope too come down and play some golf with you hacks! :mj07:
Seriously, I can see you coming down number 18 at one under, and bogeying the finishing hole to hit the +200 prop bet :SIB  . :142smilie

I am amazed at how many people on here couldn't figure out that Agent, just like everyone who has ever played golf, just wants to play Augusta and is willing to pay $10,000 to do it.

I have played 25 courses on the Top 100 in the US and I would also pay good money to play Augusta. I know a few who have and they continue to talk about how manicured the whole place is and how much elevation there is.

Let me say that I would also pay $10,000 to play Augusta and I would like to bring my dad as well.

Hell yeah!!!

Bob Stoops, the funniest part of the thing was watching people flip out and start other threads "calling me out" and everything else. Youre fukcing dam right I would pay 10,000 to play Augusta with my Dad, AND you never know if I had one of those magical days, I could actually play Augusta AND WIN 10,000 :com: One thing for sure, I would never be more into a round of golf and I would actually set the line at about +150. Anyone seen OSU? :142smilie

I have played 3 courses ranked in top 15 in the world (depending on what rankings you use) in Royal County Down, Royal Portrush and Ballybunion. I would think that for the average hacker Augusta National would play about 5 strokes easier than these courses. The rough is just so penal on those tough links courses.

I think most of you would go better than you are suggesting.

I'm off 10 and would think 90 would be quite getable around Augusta.

btw....am visiting Vegas in July so any suggestions on courses would be great. Cheers.

I'm sure she could. I heard about this girl playing in this event a month or so ago and have been waiting for her debut yesterday and was extremely happy for her and her family that she played so well and made a wish of her dying mom come true. My mom died of cancer when I was 8, so I understand what this young girl is going through.....for her to be able to go out with all of the pressure she was under yesterday and shoot a 74 is great.....she has a new fan in me, I'll be rooting for her in everything she does in life....a brave young lady.....the power of youth!!
