GW......I could give you 100 reasons. But when he "pulled out" of the last fight, he crossed into the "scum" category. Karo dis-respects other fighters. He seems to "pull this shit" all the time. He is classless and doesn't deserve to fight in the UFC. Guy is scum plain and simple.

Also......kegray is going to go ape-shit when he reads layinwood likes the move by Dana:scared

kegray ain't going to be happy with layinwoodkurby

the guy had an addiction to painkillers...which he probably took to enable himself to train and fight...he certainly wasn`t right when he beat kim...everybody saw that...

it`s a nasty,vicious cycle and can f-ck a person`s life up...

parisyan`s scum?...yet you hug dana`s nuts(a guy who would love to see fighters put their careers in jeopardy fighting injured so he isn`t inconvenienced)...which is probably why parisyan did what he did....

so many contradictions...the irony here is so thick you could cut it with a knife...

Well if you think Karo did all the shit because of a drug addiction then so be it:shrug:

Over and over again he "fucked around". The guy has no respect for his fellow fighters. Be professional, not much to ask.

Karo does not belong in the UFC. He doesn't deserve it.

This thread should be renamed Karo is back instead of September news.

Karo is a headcase and and a douchebag who does what is best for him and only him.

Not saying he isn't worth having as a fighter in your company from a skill and style standpoint, but the guy is only has his best interests at mind and SCREWED the UFC over.

Not sure if Dana got pressured into bringing him back from a higher up or not like the Cro Cop return, but it is hard to side with bringing him back skills or not.

I wish Dana would make better statements like I doubt we ever bring him back instead of the F-Bombs and the "that SOB will never work here again" comments.

Karo = douchebag.........BINGO:clap:

GW you should know better...you are always on the side of the fighters (which is good), and Karo dis-respects his fellow fighters with the shit he pulls. And we are not talking once. Over and Over again he "pulls shit". What he did before his last fight is in-excusable. He is scum, a douchebag and an all around dick-head. A good fighter, yes, but when you dis-respect the sport, and more importantly your fellow fighters like he does, he deserves all the shit he gets.

Karo is a piece of scum, just ask some fellow fighters and see what they say about the shit Karo has pulled.

But hey.....layinwood is happy Dana brought him back. That has to piss kegray off:eek: :142smilie

Well I don't want to hear Dana bitch and moan the second Karo does some crap again and we all know he will.
If(when) Karo flakes Dana will go on another F-Bomb attack like no other and it will be his own doing.

all i`m saying is if the guy was truly addicted to painkillers(and his drug tests after the kim fight indicated that`s what was in his system),give the guy another chance...

isn`t it possible that the guy tried his ass off to not miss the hazelett fight?..granted,the last minute pull out put white in a bad spot...but apparently they satisified white that parisyan is back and healthy...

it`s not like he was a boring slug barely hanging on in the ufc...he was a solid contender....

he`s only 28...i think this was the right move...

whew...tough crowd...

M-1 Global has been in talks with Astra on having Fedor Emelianenko fight in a NYE event held in Korea. No opponent was named.
This is more of a little known fact and not a rumor, but Fedor Emelianenko only has one fight left on his M-1 Global contract.
If Ryan Bader can get past Lil Nog, the UFC will most likely pit Jon Jones vs. Ryan Bader for the #1 contender spot after Rashad Evans.
After UFC 118, Frankie Edgar was asked if he would be open to moving up in weight to fight GSP. His response was 'Sure, why not' but this could be attributed to whatever surge of elation that was running through Frankie after his first title defense. Would be an interesting fight nonetheless.
Sexyama is planning on opening a steakhouse in Korea sometime in 2011.
M-1 Global lost a lawsuit against a honey company in Korea. M-1 sued the company for using fight footage of Fedor Emelianenko in one of their television ad campaigns. Apparently Fedor has lost some popularity in Korea since the failed lawsuit.
More in the M-1 Global news train, it looks like the company's main investor is reducing the funds being pumped into M-1 due to some 'questions' that need to be answered by Vadim Finkelstein.
Roy Nelson has been trying to talk his way into a fight with Shane Carwin, and as of this week it may have worked. Look for a fight announcement to be made sometime this month.
Joe Warren will be taking his Bellator belt to his Dream 16 bout with Omigawa.
There's still a lot more news that will leak regarding TapouT being sold at the beginning of this month.
Beef between Roger Gracie and Robert Drysdale is getting pretty thick. Last month, Drysdale was in talks with UFC but it appears that the company wanted him to go through TUF in order to get in the UFC. If Robert Drysdale signs with Strikeforce to make a fight with Roger Gracie happen, don't be surprised.
Heard this from an anonymous source so I'm not sure how reliable this is, but shortly after his UFC 118 bout with Randy Couture, the IRS confiscated all or some of James Toney reported $550,000 fight purse. In 2004, Toney filed a voluntary petition and the IRS was listed as a creditor. He then moved to dismiss the petition. Not sure what happened after that, but it's not that far-fetched that the IRS could have confiscated the money earned at UFC 118.
