I have no idea what's gonna happen. Sounds like a lot more dilution meaning the stock price will take a healthy hit. Staying in might be a long, long wait, I don't know.

Just don't be surprised to see .06 again. If they have to issue another half million shares the stock price will take a big hit.
I'm hoping for some good news soon to offset this setback.

Rentech Nitrogen Partners, L.P., a spin-off of clean energy firm Rentech's nitrogen fertilizer business, filed on Friday with the SEC to raise up to $250 million in an initial public offering. The Los Angeles, CA-based company, which was founded in 1965 and booked $152 million in sales for the 12 months ended March 31, 2011, plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol RNF. It is following the footsteps of CVR Partners (UAN), which went public in early April 2011 and has generated a 38% return for investors to date. Morgan Stanley and Credit Suisse are the lead underwriters on the deal.
How much RTK should be valued at?

All I have is ACTC and do day trading. I bought SPY calls and SPY puts today and made a few bucks. I bought PCX puts near the close that I'm holding still.
Nice day for ACTC - can't get too excited since the pullback but added a nice chunk to my account.
