Nov 3 (Reuters) Fertilizer company Rentech Nitrogen Partners LP (RNF.N) said it had priced its initial public offering of 15 million common units at $20 apiece, the midpoint of the company's expected price range.
The IPO raised $300 million in proceeds. Rentech Nitrogen had planned to price its offering between $19 and $21 per unit.
The company expects to start trading its common units on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol "RNF" on Friday.

So just like me asking Thunder what that funky soccer line means: what's your pps outlook? Was looking at msg boards... consensus seemed to think would top out no more than $2.50 to $3.00 but I got the impression that was optimistic.
From what I have been reading, the share price of RTK will probably settle in the $2.40 range. Is that what you are seeing, vinnie?
Of course if the IPO is selling for $30 a share the RTK price will be a lot higher.

better safe than sorry but I still say the value is $2+ my play was on the IPO & it didn't open higher like I wanted
& I wouldn't buy the IPO either :142smilie
