For the sake of conversation, I'll answer too.

• I honestly didn't even know that Trump and Pompeo had an agreement with the Taliban. I just thought Trump's America First policy included ending the endless wars and he had a goal of getting out of Afghanistan by May. It's one of the only things I agreed with Trump on that I can think of.
• There's no reason for me to think that anything would be different
• We could stay there another 50 years and nothing would change. At some point you have to realize that deeply religious, uncivilized people aren't going to share our values or belief in Democracy
• I would rather invest in homeland security or taking care of our homeless than spending another fucking dollar on this money pit of a war
