While it was written during the Cold War in anticipation of major conflicts, the act will now be used to meet the COVID-19 outbreak head-on.

My point is that he needs to take off his salesman hat and stick to the facts. I truly hope this is a potential treatment but all we need to know is that there are multiple treatment options being tested but we don't have as of yet.
Do you understand what I'm getting at? Some of us watch the announcements on TV and are like "ohhhh!" then Dr Fauci steps in and has to tell the truth and my response is always "WTF even talking for?".
