Between World cup, boxing and UFC, I lost money today. I ALMOST chased by betting Akiyama but decided to lick my wounds instead as Leben does look different these day's. Thank Fuk :142smilie

I actually won on a +1000 girls boxing match today but still ended up down as I only bet penny's compared with my losing bets :mj07:

Lytle puts the really savvy Brown in the double sub from hell and gets no fukin credit!!!

What a fukin joke these bonuses are.

yeah the best is that brock will add it to his 500 thousand and Lytle can't add it to his 50 dollars.

by the end of the round, lesnar was up on his own and fighting hard...finney was being brutalized and never had a shot in a fight that shouldn`t have been made in the first place...her injuries were substantial...

she needed medical attention and had to be helped out of the ring...

"slight" difference...but,nuance isn`t some`s strong suit...:D

u hear what Kenny Florian said about that fight? he was sick to his stomach.

The Brock fight just showed you how good a job Winslow did in the Cyborg fight

Funny how some would praise Rosenthal but bash Winslow. I got news for ya, Brock was "covering up" just like Finny did.

Brock got lucky that he had a good ref, many MMA refs would have stopped the fight.

The difference is Brock never curled up into the fetal position and put his hands over his head when the opposing fighter was standing in the MIDDLE of the ring. Finney may as well have started sucking her thumb and asking for her blankie at that point. :142smilie

As for tonight's fight, I wouldn't have been at all surprised if it did get stopped. I think it was a good call to let them keep fighting since the belt was on the line, but I certainly wouldn't have been outraged if he had stopped it when Lesnar wasn't trying to fight back at all.

Well, apparently you didn't watch the fight against Kongo. I'm not worried about Velasquez knocking out Brock after watching tonights fight LOL.
OH, I watched the fight with Kongo and what I seen was a guy taking a good dig and coming back strong.

I'm not worried about Brock trying to hit Cain because as soon as one of Cains driplets of sweat hit Brock, he will be running around dancing, covering up and throwing himself to the ground like a 300 pound Italian soccer player!!!

Dana White Nixes Vuvuzuelas at UFC
"This decision was pretty simple," White said. "Vuvuzelas make the most horrific sound I've ever heard. I'd rather let Brock punch me in the face than hear 15,000 people blow on those things."

Come on guys, regarding Cain and JDS, Brock is going to outweight them by a ton. If he gets on top most likely it is over. They are both great fighters, but let's be srerious for a minute, this was IMO they only guy (carwin) that could beat Lesnar. In regards to Lesnar cowering, you guys are funny, we are talking about taking shots from probably the most heavy handed SOB with big time KO power in MMA, who the fuck wouldn't cower, afterall the other 12 Carwin opponents didn't get the chance too as they were knocked out. It's about winning, no style points, survive and advance. Please keep in mind Lesnar has not fought in a long time and coming off whatever was wrong with him. Lastly, I hate the prick, but I just can't see anyone beating him anytime soon. Sorry.

Dos Santos would pick Carwin apart.

Dos Santos is hands down the most technical striker in the HW division, and IMO, his striking is on the same level as Anderson Silva. Their technique and percision remind me of each other.

When I was Dos Santos strike, it's like watching a clinic.

First off, thanks for sharing. Second, run, don't walk, to your nearest mental health professional.

LOL, watch his fights. His striking is rediculous. He picks his opponents apart and makes them look foolish. Big Country has the Frank Mir disease right now. He thinks he can KO anyone b/c he's knocked out 2 balogna sandwiches in a row.

Record since start of 2009 36-25 +36.91 units

Opinions 3-4 +1.30(always .5 unit plays)

Lesnar -150 3units

Will add more if this drops but love it at 150 and don't see it going down much more than that. I really think Brock closes the distance as quickly as possible and doesn't mess with Carwin's power. If he can turn this into a wrestling match it won't be close. These two aren't on the same planet when it comes to wrestling. I expect Brock to wear him down on the ground and if he can't gnp Carwin out then it will be a 5 round bore fest with two very large over sized men.

The two best fighters Carwin has fought both has the stupid bug if you ask me. Mir thought he was Mr boxer after his fight with Nog but he should have know better. Gonzaga was looking good but as always he didn't think and had no heart. Brock has gotten the best game plans and people still couldn't do anything about him and his ability to impose his will on them.

Hopefully this will be a good fight but I have a feeling it's not going to be worth the money.

Wooohooo! I made a little less than 3 units because I bought back my fat boy bet and ate the juice, glad I did now.

It may be because I was with a big group of people and we were all drinking heavily and betting shots on the fights but I thought it was one of the best UFCs ever. I thought every fight was great.

I'm a big Cain fan and was one of the few on here that was picking him vs Carwin when they were going to fight but I'm not sure he can beat Brock. It will be a wrestling match and I just can't see him even with his quickness beating Brock at wrestling. I could be wrong but that's a pretty big difference in size and Cains strength is Brocks strength. JDS will be interesting but hard to call because we haven't seen his takedown defense or what he can do on the ground once he's there. Big Country isn't going to try and strike with him, he didn't even want to strike with Kimbo so we should see him try to take JDS down.

I think we're entering a time in the HW division that is going to be VERY entertaining for us.

The hell he didn't. When Brock hit the canvas the first thing he did was curl into a ball and hide his face into the mat with both arms covering his head and could see nothing while Carwin stood over him. Carwin should have kicked him in the rib over and over.

As for tonight's fight, I wouldn't have been at all surprised if it did get stopped. I think it was a good call to let them keep fighting since the belt was on the line, but I certainly wouldn't have been outraged if he had stopped it when Lesnar wasn't trying to fight back at all.

The belt was on the line in the Cyborg fight as well so why is not as understandable that they continued that fight.

Good job by both refs.
Sponge--
As for the Bonnar stoppage, come on. Sosz was taking big clean shots and not trying to defend himself AT ALL. Finney and Lesnar were at least covering up. Comparing that stoppage to the title fight ones is like saying Luke Walton is capable of playing like Kobe since they are both pro basketball players.
