Yeah, it's hard to believe that the owner would actually say that to a fan. Class act right there. Yet another reason why many people don't take MMA seriously.
Actually I like that Dana told the guy to f himself.
I may have been disappointed with the card but even I know what is coming if I bring it up to Dana.
Dana should ignore people like this though. His twitter blows up during events and he always chooses these type of comments to respond to instead of the actual fan ones.

I agree when Dana does crap like this and then it gets around that he did then it puts a WWE feel to the sport instead of mainstream respect sport.

And I realize it's the "technology age" and all that, but WTF is the owner of the UFC doing on his Twitter account during these fights? What, he can't be bothered to give his undivided attention to the fighters? Maybe I'm just getting old. :mj07:

And I'm not one that rips on Dana relentlessly or anything. If you go back and read my past posts I rarely say anything negative about him. But the guy is incredibly immature and lacks any kind of tact. Most owners wouldn't be "tweeting" during their event, and they sure as hell wouldn't be telling their fans, the ones who are actually paying for the event, to go fuck themselves.
A guy who has achieved everything he has achieved should be above even acknowledging comments like that. When he sees them, he should laugh to himself and ignore them. Now this is the one thing I do enjoy about Dana. A call it like he sees it commish is EXCELLENT for the sport(any sport). This is the one quality he has that smokes all other leagues.

haven't read the board yet and have only seen two of the fights but im already sic to my stomach watching Stevens stalk Guillard for three rounds and losing while losing on one judges card 3-0. there was no doubt he won round three so when i heard 30-27 i thought i had it in the bag. I guess kicks mean nothing in this sport or there was just to much money bet on Stevens to let him actually win. He floors him in the first. Drops him in the third. Not one takedown by Guillard yet Gullard wins running most of the fight lmfao.
