I think Lytle wins with ease in this fight but there's always that chance it gets to the ground and at that point I get very nervous. I think it stays standing and Lytle wins by decision.

Nog-this is a big step up and test for Bader. I'm not sure what Bader wants to do to win this fight. I like Nog if it stays standing and if it goes to the ground I'll take my chances as a dog. I'm not sure we really know what Bader can do on the ground vs a high level BJJ guy.

Doerkson-This is a play against CB, just don't think he's smart enough to win.

Sloppy handicapping by me. I didn't put a lot of time into most of the fights. I knew for a while I was going on Lytle and planned on going big but got scared because I didn't put any extra time into it. The other three picks were absolute crap. Had a winning night but I'm angry with myself. Between football and MMA I had really productive day but still can't be happy.

I'm hammering a play on the next UFC ppv on the 23rd.

Hard for even me to say this, but this card was awful. You never hear me complain about a card, but my god. I didn't hardly even pay attention to the main event. I missed the KO cuz I was bullshitting it was so boring.

Only good fights were Mitrione/Beltran and Sherk/Dunham(who i thought won btw)

And Mirko, geez...where's your aggressiveness gone?

This was my response when you said that you liked Cro Cop by decision. Cro Cop has never been the same fighter ever since the knee injury suffered in the Gonzaga loss. He is no longer an aggressive puncher and he doesn't trust that leg to throw near the amount of kicks he used to.

And I'm not one that rips on Dana relentlessly or anything. If you go back and read my past posts I rarely say anything negative about him. But the guy is incredibly immature and lacks any kind of tact. Most owners wouldn't be "tweeting" during their event, and they sure as hell wouldn't be telling their fans, the ones who are actually paying for the event, to go fuck themselves.

A guy who has achieved everything he has achieved should be above even acknowledging comments like that. When he sees them, he should laugh to himself and ignore them. But because Dana has an inferiority complex, he feels the need to attack them. The dude should just be happy with everything he has achieved and ignore all the negative comments, if you ask me. :shrug:

MMA isnt like all other sports. Its not a team sport, etc...so quit comparing it...

Who cares if ufc never gets mainstream. Their loss...not the ufcs...they need the ufc more than the ufc needs them...for every one bad thing dana does for the ufc he does 100 good things for MMA

Sheese After watching the Sherk fight the lost with Stevens doesn't feel as bad. Why do all the bad decisions go to the guy nobody bets? Just like the bad penalties go against the team that is heavily bet in football. i guess i will only bet guys who finish fights from here on out. the corruption has found its way into the ufc. U guys ever wonder why they won't let Dana have his own judges? Why do the gambling gods get to pick the judges? 15 thousand fans know Stevens and Dunhan won. Everyone here does. But the guys who are professional judges see something different :0002 I wish there was no gambling on this sport so i don't have to witness this kind of nonsense.

Actually, I had been in the mortgage industry for the last 6 years or so. My point was is the ufc is completely different than comparing to an owner of a major sports franchise.

It would be like the uga or uta president making those comments. I mean...whos gonna punish them?? The ufc and their fighters actually cares about their fans. Major sports franchises dont...we wouldnt see labor bullshit all he time if they did..

How is it possible that Mir doesn't get knockout of the night? Mir gets piss poor pays on two huge PPV against Lesnar beating him one of the times. Now he gets fuk out of a bonus. I know the fight sucked and Mir is a bit of a dick but i would be furious if i was him :shrug:

The card sucked, big time. The fights were boring as hell. The most entertaining fight was the Mitrione fight, then the Dunham fight. Every other fight sucked. Takes alot for me to say that since I'm not sure I ever had. It was one of the worst the UFC has put together, no question.

Thought the card was poor. Loved the Sherk/Dunham fight but hated the scoring. I give props to the ref and doctors for not stopping it due to the cut. This is how fighters should fight

Mir/Mirko was terrible. The main event should never be a let down like that. The only good thing for me the lack of action made my Over 1.5 a winner:142lmao:

CB's submission was masterfull.

Serra is example of fighters not fighting to the best of there skills. I did not like this fight.

What do u expect every fight on the card to be terrific? The problem is guys like u rememeber the last two fights so this makes the card terrible because this is the last two visions u had.. In Bucs defense he always defends the cards if they are somewhat slow. This is a rare instance he agreed with most on how lame the fights were.

As for the if the last two were the first two comment, much more is expected from the last two so that has to be pointed out. Also the Stephens fight wasn't as thrilling as some make it out to have been.

Lets just all agree to blame Dana and move on. :142smilie
