lookin` hard at mcdonald/pyle........i have mad love for mcdonald and his takedowns...his only loss was around 8 seconds from being a win......but pyle showed excellent takedown defense vs almeida and hathaway......
the pyle loss to brock larson is a real concern,though....those long odds feel sort of like a trap...

Pyle took Hathaway to school and their is a danger he could do the same to MacDonald
I like the younger, more athletic, stronger, MacDonald in this one. When I watch him fight, he seems like he has potential star power. He comes off as having the "it" factor.
It'll be a classic vet vs rookie matchup. There is no doubt that Pyle is gonna try to get this fight on the ground, but I think MacDonalds strength and power are the difference in this fight.

I just re-watched the fight. WTF!?!? ARE YOU SERIOUS. That has to be one of the worst stoppages ever! It looked like the ref was LOOKING for a reason to stop the fight. Rory was completely defending himself. FUCKING WOW
