....

....

I am not bashing you, I am bashing Horn. He has stunk since retirement talk. Reagrdless you only have to win 25% or less when you take +300 and better.

Massenzio. that was the worst. all week, I was loving that bet.

Then he gets in the ring against Dolloway with a mummified leg. literally from ankle to hip !

:mj07:

It is always somehow the warmups when these injuries occur :142smilie That thing would have been so swollen he wouldn't have been even been able to bend it. Fuker got hurt in training and they hid it from us.

just checked records out at boxrec...and without a doubt, chris lytle`s boxing record is one helluva lot more credible than davis`........

lytle fought some legit journeymen...and beat them....verdell smith, omar pittman and jonathan corn...

davis has nobody recognizable on his record....

how that translates into an mma fight,i have no idea....

btw...lytle looked much the bigger man at the weigh in.....glad i don`t have my wagon hitched up to davis like i did with nogueira.....

no more make or break fights ruining an entire card for me......

and btw...rich franklin looked very big and in great shape..

Interesting tidbit Weasel about those boxing records. Looks like im off that fight. Still like Davis but don't need to risk it. By the way a few notable size advantages. Horn dwarfed Palhares and actually didnt look that bad for Horn. Thought Kang looked awfully small compared to his opponent. I may make a small play on Hendo and stick with Palhres and that is it for me. Just think Hendo has been in with a lot tougher guys. Will be a good fight non the less. Franklin is no joke tho.

Palhares is one of the shorter middleweights at 5'8... thing is a stocky build can make you harder to submit (shorter limbs more difficult to jointlock). As many sub wins as Horn has, i dont think he has a prayer of subbing Palhares.

I think there's a possibility Horn will try to keep it standing, but Palhares is strong enough to get him down... Palhares is a one-dimensional fighter, always desperate to get the fight on the mat. IMO, this could be the most boring fight of the new year. :(

an interesting piece of trivia i discovered a while ago, jeremy horn has lost to every brazilian he's faced. he's something like 0-7. make that 0-8 come tomorrow.

I could care less how boring it is, as long as palhares gets his hand raised at the end

Hell yeah, I'm locking up Shogun for big money.

I've been waiting to see how he looked in weigh ins, well he looked a lot leaner than he has in the past. Cardio should be good, at least I hope.

UFC-Coleman-NO STEROIDS. It may be me but he didn't look near as thick as normal. He's still cut for his age but the mass is not there.

Rua 4units

Chris Lytle for .5 Danas (+115)

Alan Belcher for .5 Danas (+250)

Two dogs in what i expect to be two competitive matchups. Wouldnt be surprised if i lost both, wouldnt be surprised if i won both.

-4.13 Danas since 6/21/08

GLA

Adding Rich Franklin for 1.5 Danas. .. +105

Does Coleman still gas? I never saw him in pride but i remember those UFC days he use to gas when they shut the gate.

Weigh in

Weigh in

I am unable to view the UFC 93 weigh in video, any one know where to see it besides UFC.com? Or could you post a link that works?

Nevermind - it just takes forever to load.

layin`my brother,if i were a gambling man with balls,i`d lay those odds myself..... but i hate laying over 2-1 and have become a bit of a pussy/wimp/coward/nancy boy(take yer pick) on the heels of the del hoya/big nog debacles....

coleman will need to break rua`s bones again or maybe slam him into unconsciousness...he`s coming back off 2 year hiatus at 44 years old...

otherwise,i think this gets uglier the longer it lasts....i fully expect to see another post-fight coleman crying jag(ala his fedor loss)...

i`m parred up with shogun....and i don`t expect to be disappointed this time around...

btw,,,despite my post on the boxing prowess of lytle/davis,i`m staying on davis....staying with my first instinct....even though i see a 3 round battle of attrition.....

i just attempted to double my palhares bet at pinnacle and discovered that they closed the bet.

they have to be the most skittish book when it comes to mma and boxing. i mean shit, they only increased the max bet on ufc 93 bouts to 120 today from 60 two days ago.

ive noticed that too, for some inexplicable reason they take the line down for a few hours, a day at most, then put it back up, at virtually the same odds! it should be back up in time

i like pahlares, got him at -340 at pin.
