Simply because of the line? Do you have a suggestion as to who would have been an easier fight for leroy at 145?

I disagree with your premise overall. I don't think they are trying to give Leroy an easy fight.

I will definitely give you thumbs up, though, if your theory works here. Consensus, it seems, is picking Semerzier in this one.

Ok makes sense. I'll admit, the line being as high as it is did throw a wrench in my theory.

But on the other hand, on paper semerzier has way more experience and is more than likely fighting for his job, which may account for the line.

I guess this fight will put my theory to the test because I still don't believe they would hang leroy out to dry like that and pit him against a hungry more experienced fighter, and put it on TV at that. (unless they don't cut leroy if he loses)

Only play so far is on Sadollah

The forum had a good back and forth debate on the Caceres/ Semerzier fight but not gonna take a shot

Jung/ Garcia I'm staying away from. It's going to be close

Considering Hardy but worried about him being planted on his butt. I just think Johnson is way to big for 170 and it is going to give him cardio issues. I'll see what the weigh in brings

big underdog status for Lil Nog. I can't remember him ever being this much of a dog. This is a massive step up in competition for Davis though Lil Nog is on the decline.

I don't think much of Hardy, but I couldn't bet a penny on AJ until I saw him weigh-in.

Rumor is the guy has been walking around between 210 and 220.

Tough to bet on a guy like that. At his best, though, I think he bludgeons Hardy.

i know big nog is the submission guy....not lil nog...but his stand-up is quite good....

truthfully,if lil nog had his big brother`s sub ability,i`d feel better about taking a flyer on him...

i`m a sucker..lil nog couldn`t beat bader...and he couldn`t beat matyushenko...wrestlers give him fits...

but i`m still having trouble resisting a small play on lil nog...

there are other guys on semenzier`s level...roop/rivera/garza...and imo, garcia and "korean zombie"(lol) are capable of losing to anyone...

either semezier is much more highly thought of than you figured or bruce leroy is lower than whale shit....

Hey sorry i didn't see this, thanks. I was trying to figure out if semerzier was the easiest fight for him and he was still a huge dog because leroy is whaleshit and he would be a dog to whoever.

but, this was a good conversation...now that we`ve debated it,a meaningless fight becomes much more interesting....

Yea I'm interested to see what will happen. I get the feeling they atleast expect an entertaining fight for facebook.

now what about garcia and "korean zombie"?......"tuf man" makes a comeback...:D .

I dunno if the korean zombie can win in America, and America is built on winning.

I think your spot on here. Do you think the fact the oddsmaker set AJ at such a high price is because the word out of his camp is that his weight is looking under control?

Yeah I'm the same as you. I'll sleep on it for a few days. This is the first main event in the career of Davis. Will nerves play a part?

Lil Nog tends to want to sweep when on the bottom where as big bro goes for the submission. The fight fight with Matyshenko he lost but he won the rematch with a nice knee. I don't see either of them stopping the other

trying to set up some parlay configurations with davis via decision(-155)/davis-nogueira goes distance(-185)/maybe semenzier(-220)....leaning toward using madsen/morecraft/mcdonald....

and probably putting something on korean zombie(hopefully at + odds)...not sure...it will be small...

Hardy is such a clown

"Condit thinks he's better than me and that's not the case. I'm annoyed he thinks that - I gave him that impression"

He sure looked better than you fucking fool

i was just checking through some mma resumes....and if not for some absolutely shitty judging, garcia could conceivably be 0 for his last 7 fights....actually 8 if you count the brown defeat...

he`s 3-3 and 1(at least 2 of the 3 wins via bogus split decision...the 3rd he also probably lost...and the draw he definitely lost)......:mj07:

sherdog`s rbr scoring had garcia losing every fight clearly with the exception of massouh...and in that one they had massouh eeking it out....phan and roop were both 3 rds to zip.... ...wait a minute...they had jung winning 3-0,also...:0002

he got the benefit of a bogus point deduction vs roop(they still had roop winning every round)....

i realize that sherdog isn`t the final word...and that you could argue several rounds in there, but c`mon...:SIB :142smilie

is this coincidence?...most everybody had garcia losing the roop/phan and jung fights.....

i wonder if there are some shenanigans going on here(i guess because the guy has a fan friendly style even though he whiffs on a large majority of his punches)....

i hope one of these mofo`s takes it out of the judges hands this time.......garcia itd is +321 and zombie itd is +439....

i`m torn..i have a small wager on zombie based on this info and my eyewiness account of the previous crimes mentioned above:)grins:),but deep down inside i kind of hope that leonard whacks zombie so we can get a favorable line on the phan rematch...

but, living in the real world,i realize joey isn`t an idiot,so getting the kind of friendly odds that opened before the cancellation appear highly unlikely regardless of how this fight plays out..........

foiled again...

Weasy im more of a "bet the streak guy" then a "bet against the streak guy" Betting the streak u can win many times and losing only once. Betting against the streak u can lose multiple times and only win once. U might be betting this fight more out of frustration then anything. To finally see a wrong turn right.

On another note anyone see Baroni's big win yesterday  all this new talk about his new training and living at AKA and he still gas after a round and a half. I think that might have been the least amount of energy i ever saw him use :mj07: and the stiff he fought could do nothing about it.
