I knew your pain once upon a time. Why is your water so expensive? Even with a pool in the Vegas summer, I was never above $40 on my water bill. You running a laundromat service or something?

use gas to heat.

i was talking about your water drop. I had someone move out and mine drop 50 percent. Strange thing tho because there was three of us living here and i wasn't using the washer when he lived here:shrug: Now since i fixed the washer it is still 15 dollars cheaper.:shrug: Not to sure what he was doing in the shower. When you move someone in it is not that big of a priority for them to save the homeowner a little money. Never again.

Had Jack started it, he would have done so in the 'general' section where it belongs - and I probably wouldn't have bothered looking at it. I think DTB was working up towards some kind of political statement - but we did a nice job of derailing that misguided attempt.;)

Zero income tax here in TN as well. 9.25% sales tax (or somewhere around there).

I love a consumption-based tax system!!!
