Sweet! I leave for Indy the 22nd, and my hoops team has games 17-18-19-20 but we can hook up at least once and maybe you can catch a game if you want. I will let you in the locker room if you want but bring your earplugs.

I haven't gone 7 weeks without alcohol since I was 11.

Last I remember I took a bet to not drink in Aug 07 with a friend. At his wedding end of August he ask that I give him the honor of a toast. I grabbed a glass of champagne and toasted to the reception guests...

After it was over, he ask for the $$$ citing I broke the wager... :mj07:

Most expensive "taste" of champagne ever...

i start today as well. i'm limiting to 1500 calories a day and just 2 miles on the tread mill.

saturday's i get a 12 pack of bud light (1200 cals) and a footlong turkey from subway (600 cals).

If you switch to MGD 64, you can have an 18 pack instead!!!!

It can't taste any less like beer than Bud Light does!

what kind of improvements you talkin about :shrug:

sounds simple enough. i think my treadmill only does 8% incline so i'll work with that. maybe i'll program it tomorrow and get started.

is it okay to hang onto the bars when you're going 8mph? :shrug:

jackson...don`t try and mimic somebaody that`s been doing this and worked up to a certain level...start our at a brisk walk(around 2.8 mph) for 15 min. to a half hour....

you want to leave a forum full of orphans?....

and btw...take that fricking baby aspirin every day....

monday calories consumed: 1000
1 mile 20 minute walk at 12% incline on treadmill

will keep my daily record here as well. it helps me stay on track.

goal 210 by march
keeping calories under 1500 a day or less.
saturday is cheat day at 2000 calories or less.
treadmill 6 times a week.
