monday calories consumed: 1000
1 mile 20 minute walk at 12% incline on treadmill

will keep my daily record here as well. it helps me stay on track.

goal 210 by march
keeping calories under 1500 a day or less.
saturday is cheat day at 2000 calories or less.
treadmill 6 times a week.

showered after i posted and am still sweating :mj07:

this old man has to get back in shape. somewhat anyway :SIB

i'll lose weight at a faster pace the first 3 weeks than from other weeks afterwards.

my calorie intake is lower than my plan so far because i have eliminated breakfast. i know, i know, but that's what i'm doing right now. why eat if i'm not hungry :shrug:

only 18 pounds to go and am guessing i hit that mid march. maybe sooner since i'm actually getting a little bit of activity on the TM.

I woke up and put on my gym clothes at 6:30. Went outside and it was pouring rain. Woke up on the couch at 8:15...

i figure i lose 2 pounds a week doing this. this week more :)

that 1210 calories was plenty too.

12:00 campbells light maryland crab soup. i added a spoon of chopped jalapenos and some old bay seasoning 160 calories

2:00 big salad with no fat italian and a spoonfull of relish. nowhere near 100 cals but i counted it 100 calories.

4:00 6oz lean broiled hamburger patty with a little A1 and some baked beans 600 calories max

7:00 1 big jar of pineapple chunks 350 calories

only 17 pounds to go

I got busted in the fridge late last night... I think I killed two klondike bars and some spinach dip that she made for a girls party this weekend...

If she hadn't had on her extra stealth mode foot warmer socks, I would have eaten some left overs...

this thread should keep us both on track and motivated to NOT CHEAT. you're losing at this point although you're going to get a lot more excersise than my lazy ass will.

True. True. I just ran 3 miles or so... No alcohol at all this week so I figure I'm still about where I should be. Haven't had tobacco, stogie or cigarette since last Wednesday... Feeling pretty good... although I'm missing my cigars right now...

I would encourage you to eat 5-6 SMALL meals a day vs 3 and not anything but H2O after 7 pm This helps increase your matabolism so that the body doesn't slow due to reduced intake....and good for you following a workout format period...never thought I'd miss workingv out until the Dr told me I can't
