I really expect Uruguay to be in a shell as I can't get their France stategy out of my head. If they would attack the Dutch, they'd have some success, but I think the tactics will be conservative and will give Netherlands a chance to hide their weakness in the middle of their defense which is exasperated by De Jong being out.

I really thought that Brazil would win this world cup because a strong defense that can counter attack with speed is probably the most effective style in soccer right now. It's also horrible to watch when both teams are playing the same style and if a team with the talent of Brazil can play that way, then everyone will play that way and Soccer would have been much less enjoyable for the next decade or so. . . .and my major problem with Spain is that for all of their talent and technical skill, they seem unwilling to risk losing possession to take a chance of attacking the goal. It's smart and organized, but it's boring to watch, IMO.
But. . . I don't see how the Dutch can match up against that much possesion. I'm expecting a 1-nil win for a team and a match that could be so much more.
