taking this now before all the usa haters drive this line up.this czech team is my sleeper to make some noise in this tournament so i obviously like them in this spot vs a young but experinced usa team.no way im a usa hater either.i loved them in the last cup and they proved me right as i remember i had them at +600 or so vs portugal and they came through for me.also had then to advance and to beat mexico.but i dont like them as much this time around .they need a general and i think renya is done.ill be the 1st to say this though,USA will make the final 4 in africa 2010.these young players will be in their prime donavan,beasly ,jonson,onywa. a 21 year old adu,and hopefully a feild general by then.i think donavan may become that #10 after renya retires from the national team probably after this cup..this line does seem low given the usa doubters i think it should be at -155,maybe it will get there by game time.i do like the usa to get a result against an overrated italy but will talk about that when the time comes.dont like the matchup against ghana but we have plenty of time and games to see.the czecks are very expericed and have a couple of superstars that should shine here i expect them to roll here if they take this match seriosly ,b/c their is a chance of that as there is no must win games yet,and keller is capabale of keeping any game close........

I agree, CR should beat the USA with ease, and I am no USA hater either. Baros is a very good player and they have a few other good players (Nedved, Cech, etc.). CR should win this convincingly.

all the hype about usa going into this game actually got me a little nervous.un fortantly it was just that hype.i wanted to win this wager and had a feeling i would ,but i thought the usa would give them a run,and lose it late.the media is all over them and they should be,but people are forgetting that they lost to a great team who was firing on all cylinders today..and wont be the rest of the way though.koller injury huge.
This is setting up nicely for my next usa play,as i mentioned earlier a loss here by usa will just make the italy line that much sweeter.

......the croats are always a solid team,and they play a nice style,this should be a very entertaing game..look for brazil to come out slow and go down a goal .you guys cant imagine the pressure they are under.the croats are their toughest group game,if you expect them to slip up it will be here.......btw these 2 played each othe 10 months ago..1-1 draw.

I'm starting to like Croatia as well. They are playing close to home and don't have any pressure. ML on Brazil is -385 at my book. The only team with a higher ML (Sweden) ended up with a tie. Going to play Croatia +1 (+175) most likely.

spain/ukraine this should be a good game,i may be missing something here i dont get the line.ukraine was one of the best teams in the qualifiers..this one may end up as draw so im playing the pk line.
tunisia/saudi..talked about the african teams in another thread and after some debate (with myself)i came to a conclusion that this would be the african team that will make some noise.(1 always does)the way the chips have fallen so far(african teams 0-4 so far) it leaves tunisa as the possible african darkhorse,still early but they are playing a weak team and they do have experience.at this price this is a solid pk.look for them to take it to the sudis in this must win game for both teams...gl
