Notice how he took out totti (their playmaker midfield) for gattuso (runner). Lippi was playing for the tie (typical italian gameplan) after losing their man. Give full credit to the us team, they played much better yesterday than against the cze (night and day). I may have an italian avatar (I am half italian half portuguese), but I am an objectionable fan and say it like it is. I have no problems saying italy played like shit and were poor with the ball. The Italian media is ripping lippi apart and I think it is justified. Keller played one hell of a match as he saved his teams ass at the end. I agree with your comment, 9/10 games, italy should win, but upsets do happen when a team plays poorly (such as brazil, czech etc). I just hope the usa makes it through to the 2nd round (as well as italy).

last world cup poland was dismal in the 1st to games,then with nothing to play for they ripped the usa if i remember correctly...2 posts in the 1st game then germany in the 2nd ,playing near home with lots of their fans against a weaker opponent,maybe they give their fans a win ?Its Gravy said:

That would seem to be by far the biggest loss on the injury front.
was going to lay off this game but both these teams are scoreless after 2 games and their both out.if they have any balls or sence of enjoying their final game look for a wide open game.T&T needs a win and goals ,paraguay i think would want to score some and i think they will on counter attacks ,so playing these.

Good luck Moe. I can't see how anyone can put money on Sweden right now. They have been out of form for a while are are facing their toughest opponent during that span. England seems like the obvious side to take here.
