The same production team who was responsible for 'The Ultimate Chaos' in Biloxi, Mississippi were assigned to produce last night's 'War on the Mainland'.
It looks like Cro Cop will return to action at UFC 122 in Oberhausen, Germany.
The basis of Bellator's lawsuit against ZUFFA is that Jonathan Brookins was signed to a Bellator contract but was grabbed by ZUFFA to appear in TUF 12. Apparently Jonathan Brookins was 'verbally released' from Bellator but nothing appeared in writing.
Roger Huerta expressed discontent with his Bellator and apparently wanted out of his contract. When Curran dropped out of his title shot against Eddie Alvarez, Roger was immediately offered the spot in a way to 'get him back in' the organization.

Not an easy fight for Mir. One would assume he will lose the standing battle and he is going to have a difficult time taking down Mirko, even at this stage of his career.

Give me the right odds and I'll be on CroCop. I think it's a bad matchup for Mir. CroCops takedown defense isn't bad and it's not like Mir has great takedown ability. If he doesn't get CC down he'll get picked apart. I'm just think off the top of my head but hasn't CC mainly been beaten standing up these days? He lost to JDS(not a bad loss at all) and lost a decision to Kongo(this IMO is a bad loss for him) and he got ktfo by Gonzaga. Those are his three losses in the last five years. All guys that can strike with him. I think a wrestler would destory him but Mir isn't a wrestler. He think's he can strike these days but mainly wants to go the ground. I'm not so sure he'll have an easy time getting CC to the ground. I really hope Vegas feels the same way as most of you do about this fight. It might set up nicely. Heck for a main event, Mirki might be willing to do a cycle or two to help his case. :0074
