I think that's his whole point.
Mr. Oddessa would love for other books to get their own linesmaker. Show some balls. But they don't, because it's cheaper to just ride coat-tails and copy and paste his. There are of course other people who could do it, but not all that many, and do it well, even less. Because we know our shit over here too. Bad linesmakers will miss something, maybe one thing a week, and we would catch it.
I do wish the lines came sooner, but I understand the circumstances of the stand-off.

Joey has made some good pts regarding the other books copying and pasting. There really is NO arguing about it. As far as the NEW lines go, Joey is the only one posting them...then the usual suspects come right behind and pick up the scraps and post their revised lines...week in and week out. No need to kiss Joey's ass but Jeez he's the ONLY one putting them out. There is no need for the antagonism here. Be thankful for what you get. Cheers :toast:

For such a inexperienced fighter against a good fighter like Oleydong LOTS of people saw the upset coming to be honest. Before the fight I IM'ed Joey that I like the underdog. he said the underdog would have been Oleydong, I said nevermind. LOL. As for others taking the lead that would be nice. I will never forget thegreek having Holyfield-Maddalone under 9.5 at +250. Unfortunantely other shops don't put the opinions into the lines until they are already created for the most part.

I see now that one euro book where I plaid AA u7,5 has paid me this morning. My AA by ko,tko,disc bet is still pending in other euro book.
I'm disgusted by that motherfuckers Bozic actions. I would have won my bets anyway. His ex trainer told me 3 years ago that he got scared against Tsypko. Well if you got scared against Tsypko, you sure as hell will get scared against AA. Whats up with him (and Briggs) not having a balls to take real shot and then go down? There were rumors that he is hanging out with some shady people. Guess rumors were true.

Main event is now Eloy Perez vs. Roger Gonzalez, which is a better fight.
Genaro Trazancos, it appears, has dropped out of the fight with Gesta (the original main event).
That was a useless bout anyways - Gesta already Trazancos by KO last year! Why was Golden Boy putting him back again against Gesta? Stupid.
Perez-Gonzalez deserved the main event slot to begin with.
No word if Gesta will still be on the card.

Gavin now fighting Michael Lomax. Lomax was supposed to fight Lee Purdy on the Daws card, but pulled out to take this fight.
There are a lot of lines out that have been out for days. Mike Jones vs. Soto Karass. A bunch of UK match ups. You just need to know where to look.

Definitely don't see the need for Gesta to rematch Trazancos??
I didn't see the first fight, but read that it was a good fight until KO... that Trazancos came to fight.
Still, why tread over old ground?? There are plenty of other guys for Gesta to look good against.

Gesta people said no one wanted that fight except for a guy that was stopped 8 times in his last 9 fights.
